You can find a pay-to-park parking space in the Vinci Park Car Park, 130 m away. The four patio doors have double glazing. They lead out onto the large terrace with a table, armchairs, and a sea view. The house also offers a large kitchen, a 34-sq.m lounge, a 17-sq.m bedroom, and a balcony. We can provide mattresses. Lastly, there is a shower room with a large shower and a toilet. It is close (200 m) to the shops, restaurants, and covered market open every morning. You can store your luggage in the garage and then go to the public Vinci car park belong to the town hall a 130-m walk away.

Great location for Monte Carlo and being situated in France you can get an uber to anywhere from the apartment, just not one back! Very difficult to communicate with housekeeper if none French speaking . Also upstairs bedroom door way is only 5ft 7 in so not really suitable room for adults

The patio is fabulous!
Our evenings on the patio enjoying a bottle of wine were wonderful! It is definitely the best part of this property! As others have mentioned, the "upstairs" is a makeshift room with short ceilings and wobbly stairs. This was not a problem for our children, but it would not be desirable for an adult. There is quite a bit of street noise as the apartment is on a peninsula so the traffic wraps around the two sides and is very noisy! There was another guest in the adjacent apartment on our last night and we could hear every word they spoke, all of their snoring, and everytime they turned in their bed...so you may want to bring ear plugs when you stay here. Also - I somehow missed the memo about a 300€ cash deposit upon arrival, & unfortunately we hadn't gotten any euros yet. Fortunately, we were able to use our US dollars for the deposit, but anyone who stays here - come better prepared than we did. You will also need to hand over 90€ cash when you arrive for cleaning. Fortunately, we were able to pay the additional cleaning fee when we left after we had exchanged our US dollars for euros. We are accustomed to always taking our shoes off in the house. At this property, we realized after walking around barefoot in the evenings that our feet were black from the floors - so you may want to bring separate house shoes if you stay here. If you have a car, be prepared to park and walk a ways to the apartment. Lastly, always watch your food on the patio as the seagulls are hungry

Miscommunication because of languageages
We don't speak French, therefore confusion over damage deposit which also wasn't clear with VBRO. Great large patio with great view Low ceilings in bedrooms. Check for parking if needed, we were walkers

Overpriced for that location
The second bedroom is just a low ceiling attic. Bedroom window needs better covering as sun is hitting into eyes very early in the morning. The property is 25 min walk from the beach. The patio is nice with a view. The owner was very accommodating.

Отдыхал с семьей в Монако. Решили остановиться в Босолей. Квартира оказалась очень просторной: большая гостиная, две спальни, быстрый Интернет и шикарная открытая терраса с которой прекрасный вид на море. Очень близко к морю и пляжу 10 минут пешком, если знаешь все лифты и лестницы по маршруту :)) Обратно дольше, так как в гору. Из минусов: очень шумно с улицы при открытых окнах спать не получиться ночью из-за проезжающих мимо мотоциклов и прочего. Также стены очень тонкие и без шумоизоляции, поэтому соседей слышно тоже очень хорошо - благо, что рядом жили французы, поэтому шум воспринимался как общий фон. В остальном все понравилось, хозяева всегда были на связи и делали все, чтобы наш отдых был без проблем. Спасибо большое, Шанталь (Chantal) и Шейме (Chaïma).

Nice apartment and good location.
We had a good stay. It is a nice apartment and has a great balcony/patio. Only issue was it was a little hot in the apartment and we couldn't adjust the temperature. Other than that - there were no issues. Chantal - I still have not received my 400 euros deposit. Please let me know when I will receive it

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Eine sehr schöne, große Wohnung mit einer schönen, großen offenen Küche. Wir haben hier zwei Wochen mit zwei Teenagern verbracht und man ist sich nicht auf die Füße getreten. Das obere Zimmer hat eine sehr niedrige Deckenhöhe, aber für gewöhnlich schläft man da ja auch nur. Der Wohnbereich ist dafür umso geräumiger. Auch die Terrasse ist sehr groß und lädt für gemütliche Spieleabende ein. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Bis zum Casino haben wir ca. 15 Minuten gebraucht. Allerdings sollte man schon ein kleines bisschen sportlich sein, denn bis nach Monaco geht es zwar bergab, dafür danach aber wieder bergauf. Monaco hat viele Treppen, dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Fazit: Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und unsere Urlaubserwartungen wurden voll erfüllt.

Ferienwohnung am Rande von Monaco
Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältsnis war gut und die Hausverwaltung war bemüht, Mängel schnell zu beheben. Die Wohnung liegt etwas oberhalb am Berg. Man muss natürlich Fußwege in Kauf nehmen. Außerdem sind Parkplätze in Monaco knapp und teuer. Dennoch kann man die Ferienwohnung ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

The Worst and Shocking Experience
The property asks for high amount of deposit IN CASH which I find not usual and suspicious. It is written in French in the description of the apartment so no one notices. Second, when I arrived at night, there was no electricity, it was turned off and without telling me at all. Third, the first night the next-door was partying very loud all night and at the end they were actually squatter, which made me feel EXTREMELY UNSAFE. Forth, the key of the outside door that was give to me was with defect and I could not open that door in the middle of the night and the landlord did not respond the phone calls nor answering the messages. THE LANDLORD WAS NOT HELPING AT ALL. Fifth, The internet (wifi) was not working and I was asking the landlord to fix the problem but she responded that I did not read well the wifi box nor knowing how to put the password, etc. At the end the technician found out that it was wrongly installed. I did not have internet until the third day. Sixth, upon entering the apartment, a strong smell of humidity starts and the apartment was not in a clean condition. There was only 1 roll of higgle paper (my stay was one week). I called the landlord to check if it is correct and the response that I received was her rudely saying ''YOU CAN GO TO HOTEL AND IT COSTS YOU MORE.'' Lastly, the apartment charges cleaning fee but forced me to throw the garbage when I check-out otherwise they would not return the deposit. Everything is weird and unpleasant.

Tolle Lage und Terrasse aber die Wohnung kann ich leider nicht empfehlen!
Wir haben die Wohnung aufgrund von der Lage vermietet, die ist toll. Aber: Check-in findet zwischen 17-18:00 Uhr statt!, Bettwäsche hat Löcher und die Handtücher waren zwar in der Waschmaschine stinken aber trotzdem. In der Wohnung selber riecht es nicht gut. Man zahlt vor Ort für die Reinigung 90€ aber wir mussten das ganze Geschirr vor der Benutzung spülen. Im Haus ist eine Garage, ausgeschrieben mit 10€ aber die Besitzerin nimmt 20€ wenn die Garage frei ist. Außerdem war das Garagentor die ganze Zeit auf und man kommt über die Garage ins Haus rein. Internet hat zwei Tage nicht funktioniert. Ich habe die Besitzerin kontaktiert, habe keine Antwort erhalten. Außerdem funktioniert die Kochplatte nur an einer Stelle und der Backofen fängt irgendwann an zu piepsen ohne den überhaupt benutzt zu haben. Wir sind angekommen, die Dame die uns geöffnet hat, hat den Lufterfrischer gesprüht, die Heizung und den Kühlschrank angemacht. Kurz nach dem check-in waren wir einkaufen, nach der Rückkehr war die Sicherung raus und wir hatten kein Strom. Mein Mann hat im Keller die Sicherung gefunden und eingeschaltet. Der Schlafzimmer im OG ist sehr niedrig und provisorisch eingebaut. Als Resume kann ich schreiben, es ist eine tolle Lage und ein schönes Gebäude aber es ist nicht gepflegt. Ich finde das sehr schade!! Die drei Sterne sind aufgrund der Lage.

Bra og stor leilighet, men litt stusslig moblert. Chantal var veldig hjelpsom. Vi måtte betale depositum samt penger for utvask, noe som ikke stod i leilighetens annonse. Det bør være med i annonse for andre gjester. Ellers supert opphold!

Très bel appartement
Agréable séjour dans cet appartement de style hausmannien. Vaste séjour, cuisine suffisamment équipée pour des vacances. Très belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer. La chambre à l'étage est basse de plafond (- 1.80 comme annoncé dans l'annonce), mais nous n'y sommes que pour la nuit ! Accueil très gentil.

Pas spécialement exigeants MAIS en droit de profiter d'une prestation d'une offre se disant qualitative Discussion débutée sur la messagerie d’abritel / Propriétaire a ensuite opté pour une adresse professionelle mentionnant " justice.fr afin de nous intimider par sa position d’ "avocat général" …médiocre et pas adapté. L’arrivée : Ayant prévenu a l’avance de l'heure d’arrivée >>25minutes d’attente en plein boulevard Garage réservé et validé MAIS loué à une autre personne > Reponse apportée : débrouillez vous il y a un parking public Les parties Communes : Tres peu soignées odeur d'humidité PLatres en miette / peinture effritée insalubrité avérée Un sentiment de voyeurisme car sous controle video Appartement : evacuations / climatisation est inutilisable par faute d'entretien : il s'en degage une odeur pestilentielle : arrivée dans les lieux nauséabond quand on arrive de l'exterieur L’interieur : Detecteurs de fumée + Monoxyde + extincteur : INEXISTANTS Lave vaisselle > inexistant Barbecue > inexistant Soit les evacuations / soit La climatisation n'est pas entretenue : il s'en degage une odeur pestilentielle terrasse inutilisable avant 12H faute de parasol alors que le soleil nous brule et nous aveugle "Cuisinie entierement équipée" FAUX pas de lave vaisselle Frigo hors d'age et qui ne fonctionne pas Bouilloire HS qui fait "sauter" l'electricité MicroOnde le film de protection des ondes de la porte est perforé Vaisselle en nombre insufisant ( 2 verres a vin) Nous avons du relaver toute la vaisselle >pas de lave vaisselle Pas de tire-bouchon 3 tasses a café pas de couteau d'office ni a viande ni a pain Machine a laver de linge qui s'arrete 1 fois sur 2 Les peintures et finitions = Déplorable: un appart au Rabais qui n'a pas connu de fin de chantier. Dans la Chambre du bas : Pas de climatisation PAs de rideaux occultants On voit la lumière et on entend la chambre du dessus par des fentes le long du plafond Dans la chambre "du haut" Une HSP qui rend hors d'usage la piece autrement qu'allongé finition des platres "en cours d'achevement" 2 lits mais 4 matelas empilés d'épaisseur différentes (matelas de 90cms pour des sommiers de 80cms , "effet balançoire" assuré La proprietaire nous a menacé de nous retirer le parking (finalement récupéré avec 2 jours de retard) SI nous n’autorisions pas des personnes a visiter le bien pendant la journée alors que nous étions absent ( intrusion)avec des doubles de clé.

Séjour agréable dans un confortable appartement bien équipé avec une Grande terrasse . Les + : vue mer , grand séjour , cachet de l’appartement , climatisation Les - : prestations un peu juste pour le prix : pas de lessive, pas d’aspirateur, pas de serpillere . Ménage d’arrivée plus qu’approximatif ,chambre du bas très sonore ,on entend les voisins . Un très bon séjour quand même !!!!!

déception!
Très mal situé en réalité cette propriété forme l'épingle à cheveux de la corniche, le bruit incessant des voitures qui tournent autour ainsi que la pollution ne permettent pas de profiter de la terrasse exposée plein soleil, sans parasol! Pas de machine à laver la vaisselle, un seul torchon pour essuyer les fruits et légumes ainsi que la vaisselle. La télévision ne fonctionne toujours pas, Aucun linge de change au cas où, pas de couteaux pour éplucher les fruits et légumes, pas de presse agrume au pays du citron. Pas d'aspirateur pour aspirer le grand tapis, de même pas de sceau et de persillère. La chambre du haut en fait est une mezzanine prise sur la hauteur sous plafond de la chambre du bas, donc aucune intimité et pas de clim pour la chambre du bas. J’ai été accueillie par une femme de ménage qui n’était pas plus investie que cela, sont rôle étant de faire le ménage, j’ai quand même eu un coup fil de la propriétaire qui devant ma déconvenue, m’a proposé partir immédiatement ce qui m’était impossible pensez donc trouver une location au débotter en plein mois de juillet ! Celle çi m’a proposée de me rembourser je ne sais pas pourquoi mais je n’ai pas eu franchement confiance. Je tiens toutes les vraies photos à disposition. Dans les choses positives le mieux c’est la clim !
