Renovated stone house from the Middle Ages with lots of charm

The house is in the middle of the beautiful old town of Roquebrune Cap-Martin. It is very cozy and stylish.

The house with its 82 m² offers space for two to five people. The kitchen offers modern comfort and is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances. There is also a small dining table here. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with a sofa, armchair and TV. A light-flooded bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe and attached bathroom (shower) and separate toilet is on the upper floor. The second bedroom with a bunk bed is in the basement. Since the latter can be pulled out, it is suitable for three people. There is also a toilet with a washing machine, as well as a washbasin and a shower. A table can be set up in front of the house to eat there.

From the bedroom you have access to a small balcony. You can enjoy dinner in front of the house on Burgplatz, which you enter when you leave the house.

Our house is located in the middle of the beautiful old town of Roquebrune Cap-Martin. The house is right in front of the entrance to the chateau. In the old town there is a small grocery store for daily needs and a few restaurants. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes. The house is ideal for day trips (Monaco etc.), going to the beach or relaxing.

The view from the village to Monaco is breathtaking both day and night. You will surely not forget this magnificent sight.

Parking: There are parking spaces outside the old town.

Perfekt ausgestattete, neu renoviert, ruhig und zentral gelegene FeWo
Wir haben 16 wunderschöne Urlaubstage in Roquebrune erlebt. Tolle Lage mitten im Ort trotzdem sehr ruhig (kein Autoverkehr im Zentrum möglich). Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter schnell und sehr zuverlässig, hat alles gut beschrieben und erklärt / Info Blatt mit vielen wertvollen Tipps. Auch während des Aufenthalts nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist. Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Besonders die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben oft vorm Haus oder auf dem Balkon gegessen und die Sonne und den Blick auf Burg und Berge genossen. In Roquebrune gibt es mehrere nette Lokale/Cafés. Leider gibt es keinen Bäcker / Lebensmittelgeschäft. Aber einmal die Woche ist Markt auf dem Dorfplatz. Wir haben auch schnell Kontakt zu der netten Nachbarin "Giovanna" gefunden, die embenfalls viele Tipps und Informationen geben konnte. Die tolle Lage und Umgebung muß jeder für sich selbst erkunden. Wir können nur ganz herzlich Danke sagen und jedem die FeWo empfehlen. F&G Ullrich
