From the ledges overlooking the city, you can admire a postcard landscape, that of a city set on the sea and bathed in a warm sun all year round.

You will appreciate my place for its comfort and charm. The studio can accommodate 2 people and is located on the 1st floor, accessible only by stairs.

To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal:

- An equipped kitchenette open to the living space: refrigerator, freezer, stove, coffee filter machine, cooking utensils.

- There are several options in the area to park your vehicle: the Vieille-Ville/Sablettes parking lot is 250 meters away (10 euros per day).
- Bus stops are located just outside the old town.
- Menton train station, 15 minutes away on foot.
- Nice airport, 40 minutes away by car.

Cleaning fees include cleaning and rental of sheets and towels. A welcome kit is there to welcome you and make it easier for you to start your holiday, in this kit you will find: small shampoo and soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper.
