Not enough staff on when its a busy weekend due to events in the area.Checkin staff were really busy and didnt answer the phone when we called gor a cot and blankets for the pull out sofa. We got the sheets ourselves and the cot was delivered later. Breakfast was good but only one person working and it was far too busy for him to manage on his own! Way under staffed when events are being held.

Not A Great Experience
This hotel is definitely in need of some TLC. We were there with many other people and there were many problems. From mice 😳 to broken door locks, broken toilet, a sink that wouldn’t drain & less problematic …tattered curtains. It just wasn’t worth the $200 price tag for sure. Also, what’s with the extra fees?? Sustainability Levi? Municipality Accomodation Tax? Municipality HST (on top of regular HST)? Safe fee? (We didn’t ask for or use) & charge to use my master card? Kind of out of control.

I paid to stay in a suite for four days in this hotel so I could have a comfortable place to work. The room is so outdated but worse than that the couch was broken, rips in the carpet and they wouldn’t clean the room or even freshen linen for three days. Had I not booked and paid in advance online, I would have left immediately and cancelled this booking. The staff didn’t care and there was zero effort at customer service The breakfast included was cheap bagels and cereal. I’ve stayed many other Days Inns that were a class act THIS ONE WAS SO DISAPPOINTING! Never again.
