Sofa bed was broken and took me going down to to the front desk twice and close to 2 hours to get someone to finally come open it at 1030pm. It still was broken and not very comfortable but we needed it, so it was slept on. The room was not deep cleaned well and there was a lot of dirt build up around certain parts of the room. My credit card information was also stolen and used to buy concert tickets in Moncton. This was the only place the card was out of my possession for someone to get the CCV number as I had to hand it to the desk worker, so I suspect an employee. I called the front desk and was told the general manager would get back to me, but its been several days and I have not been contacted back. I would not stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it.

I booked the king suite room and it was very dirty. Bad smell - stains on the carpet, window blinds, office chair, the duvet was stained and had long hairs on it, i took the duvet off and the sheets had stains and hair. I tried calling the front desk to get another room or at least clean bedding. The room phone didn’t work, i called the front desk from my cell phone no answer so we walked down. This was 3:20pm, the lady at the front desk said “oh ok we can’t make changes but I’ll let housekeeping know”. We left and came back a few later still no housekeeping. Went back to front desk, they said it should be soon. We leave again, we come back it’s 10pm and my son is tired and wants to lay down. No housekeeping. At this point i am really upset because i paid $1000 for this. When we went to the front desk the guy informed housekeeping is done now but had sheets out back. He handed me sheets and said he has to check the computer for rooms that have been cleaned so he can go take the duvet out of one of those. I thought i now had clean bedding! Wrong. After i stripped the bedding off and was putting the “clean” sheet on, it had just as many stains.. i opened the duvet to see and same thing. So fed up i went to the car and used my sons travel blanket to lay on and the next day i went to walmart to buy a blanket for us. Also in the 5 night stay not once did we get housekeeping i had to go ask for toilet paper on the 3rd day, the lady was rude and asked how long we have been there. M

We arrived few min early for check in. One room was ready. First staff we encountered great. Later second encounter was a female staff. She was not engaging at all. Just not as pleasant as first male staff. Breakfast was fair for price we payed. We all had king rooms. Ours only had bed desk and computer chair. Room was huge but no other seating. Tv was on arm in wall but not movable and not placed for viewing from bed. Stay was subpar for price

We got locked out of the building at 7am in the morning with a toddler . After walking a long way to het back to the reception desk to advise them out key cards stopped working , she asks what time im leaving ? And does not apologize or even acknowledge this was very upsetting to use . We did not have to be out untill 11 am and this was 7 am that we were locked outside . Also the vending machines are outdated and only take change and out bathroom door did not close in our room . Other than that it was ok … the people they have working there at the desk are not very helpful and make you feel like your inconveniencing their day if u need anything. Not a very welcoming hotel to stay at. They also have the public coming in to swim and the pool was always full and very loud with people not obeying the rules . We will not be staying here again as over all it was very inconvenient and outdated and number one the staff was not helpful or very friendly…

The staff was extremely rude. We swam in a pool that had human feces in it not knowing. I reported it to the hotel and they then "cleaned" the pool by using a brush and moving the poop around until it was disolved instead of vacuuming. My daughter was sick twice just thinking about being in that. The front desk person said one thing then turned around and said something else. They lied to myself and other guests. I was horrified that they were not helpful. The extremely rude front desk manager was very happy to tell me there was no sort 9f refund or anything that could do for me as i booked online and didnt pay them. This makes me very weary for future bookings with a 3rd party online if the hotels are going to treat their guests like this and just say too bad you didnt pay us. Please help me. I am seeking a full refund for my nughts stay. I hope we do not develop pink eye or get any kind of infection after swimming in the feces. I appreciate you looking into this
