Our stay was relaxing. The room spacious and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was simple hot and cold food to start our day. The hotel is just off the Trans-Canada highway and plenty to do and see close by. The pool is large and the hot tub great after a day of running around. The only negative was it was difficult getting in and out of the hotel. The entrance was almost hidden and we drove right by it and there were many potholes we had to dodge in the parking lot . The entrance needs to painted or better signage. Overall the stay was great!

The hotel was a convenient and affordable option and the family suite space room was a fan with my kids When we checked in we found out no elevator and had to go around the maze of halways to find the stairs to carry bags backbacks and 3 kids to to second floor When my kids were playing they noticed food rotting under the pull out couch For a family room they only provided 2 sets of towels The pool was dark dingy and the hot tub was hot but was in disrepair During breakfast half of the options were just unavailable and the staff was no help in keeping the pancake machine working The parking lot is also in such bad condition with huge pot holes everywhere

First the location is great. The hotel breakfast being included is great and food is good. The hotel room as I had two rooms connected. Around bathtub needed some fixing. The shower was not connected correctly to shower wall vibrating. The air vent was hanging down. Had issues with the card swipers. The parking lot is good size but pot holes all over, was dodging holes often.

Were assigned to a smoking room initially. Staff cooperative in changing to non-smoking room. Carpets were smelly, making room stink. Otherwise clean.
