The motelā€™s listing on Expedia must be updated as it says that pets stay free of charge. Furthermore my dog was charged an unexpected $25 despite him being a service dog. For all the communication we had to reach out to them, and they were not proactive to contact us about things like our room number or how to check out.

Good view of the river from the deck. Uncomfortable bed, broken barbeque grill, kitchen not well stocked for cooking. Very expensive for what you get.

The motel needs a big update. It feels like it's stuck in the 80s and 90s. Spider webs all around the outside of the property. The inside of my room was smelly. The only brightside was the friendliness of the staff.

In our room we killed flies. Grasshoppers. 6 spiders šŸ•· . Bees šŸ. I wouldn't recommend tis place to anybody. The wifi sucked. It's not high speed. Tv sucked šŸ˜’. The restaurant on the others hand was ok . The food was great and the service.

The condition of this property is unkept and aging. Also, your site advertised free wifi but there was none. When I discussed this with the owner and explained the signal strength was good but I was getting a message that there was no internet service, he refused to believe that the issue was on his end and insisted I was the problem even though my computer would work through the data on my phone. My phone is a work phone and I only have limited data so can't use much of it. I explained all he had to do was call his internet provider or reboot the modem/booster but he continued to insist it was not his problem. The guests beside me also said they were having wifi issues. No action was taken to resolve the problem and ensure his guests were satisfied.

Small motel close to hopewell rocks , property needs some maintenance and overall cleaning . Rooms are very outdated (carpet floors ) smells dusty and mildew. Overpriced for the state of property

This motel is right on the water. The cottage we stayed at had a full kitchen and a deck facing the water. It was quiet and we were able to build a fire in the fire pit. It is certainly dated. But it did the job and was roomy. The owners were nice.

Meh. This place wasnā€™t great. I just wanted a place to sleep, so I guess I canā€™t complain too much. Something just felt off. The towels were all dark brown, so I couldnā€™t actually see if they were clean. The food at the restaurant was very overpriced and a worker admitted the lobster wasnā€™t even from Fundy, so I assume nothing is fresh. The worker I spoke with was nice. The wifi was actually bad. Like barely let me do much of anything. If you can find a better place to stay, do it. This was overpriced for what I got.

It was an updated motel and we were comfortable. The restaurant makes homemade bread and We were glad to be able to get breakfast and a link arrival grilled cheese sandwich. There are cabins on the property and pool, which overlook the river however we were in the motel spaces that faced the road. Road was quiet through the night.

Keep searching, it will be worth it
The only good thing about this place is the location if you plan to visit Hopewell Rocks. The room smelled mold a lot, bed sheets were stained, there was no a/c and the curtains weren't good enough to cover the parking spotlights that stay on all night. I don't even understand why Hotels.com shows room this poor quality, better look for a room in Moncton.

The rooms had no central air. The internet access was spotty(in and out). The rooms were very very damp and they smelled like mildew. No Kleenex in the rooms and ice had to be purchased at front desk.
