We were only in Moncton one night and, basically, just needed a place to sleep. It met our needs. However, this property is tired and a little run down looking.

It was an older property. The room could have used some updating: flooring instead of aged carpet, white bedspread rather than the older style of dark, patterned bedspread. White bedspreads show any soil so having one lets us know the bedding is clean. Otherwise for 1 night it was sufficient.

Lots of homless people nearby, due to the safe injection place not far from the motel. Which isnt there fault but does cause some stress. The place is dated and the floors are cracked. However, there were no bugs to be seen. There was some mold in the bathroom in the shower curtain and window. This place could be a lot nicer with a paint job and new bedding.

We stayed 2 different nights stopping on our way to PEI and on our return from Nova Scotia. Good location downtown and easy to navigate. We did have gas siphoned out of our car when we parked across the motel lot where there was minimal lighting. Overall, it was quiet on the second floor. there is a laundry facility, but we did not use it.

Quick stop. Great price.
Location is ideal for visiting downtown though neighbourhood is a bit sketchy later in the evening. Staff was super friendly.
