Its location in the heights allows you to enjoy a panoramic view of the mountain and the valleys, while taking full advantage of the swimming pool and the large garden. The villa has a large living room, a dining room, a large equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and another, large bedroom with its own bathroom and bathtub. A time to rest
Overall it is an excellent house with a wonderful view to the hills. Super quiet, excellent garden and pool, super spacious for a family of 5 with a small dog.

Maison spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Communication très rapide avec le propriétaire via Abritel. Répond quasi immédiatement. Très belle piscine (profondeur maxi 2 mètres). Nous y avons séjourné pendant la canicule et il est vrai que la climatisation nous a manqué pendant les jours les plus chauds. Autrement la maison est bien aérée vu qu'elle est située sur les hauteurs du village. La mer étant un peu loin, je conseille les multiples plages fluviales aux alentours. Il y en a de très belles. Enfin, super restaurant familial à découvrir à 10 min : La quinta de las tapas.

Semana sublime numa casa com todas as comodidades e luxos
Estivemos uma semana em mondim, nesta casa, em que ficamos deslumbrados pela casa, piscina e vistas. A casa tinha completamente tudo, com todas as comodidades para passar ótimos dias junto da piscina, conhecer a zona envolvente. Escassos km's de supermercados com tudo, rios maravilhosos e praias fluviais. As fotos não espelham a casa em si, sendo que quando lá chegámos, apercebemo nos que é muito melhor do que nas fotos. Pensado ao pormenor e com pessoas na receção e na manutenção com enorme cuidado.

Séjour à Mondim de Basto
Séjour du 8 juillet au 17 juillet 2019 Très belle propriété et très belle maison. située dans les montagnes. Prestation de qualité, le propriétaire est attentif et disponible. tout en discrétion. Maison située au calme. Très belle région idéale pour les amateurs de randonnées, trail ou VTT, de beaux paysages, à proximité d'un parc naturel avec de belles cascades avec possibilité de se baigner. A proximité de Guimaraes, très belle ville classée au patrimoine mondiale de l'Unesco, à une heure de Porto. Commerces et restaurants dans un rayon de 5 à 10 kms. Je conseille cette propriété idéalement située au cœur des montagnes et très facile d'accès.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Maison au calme et très agréable. Nos enfants étant petits il était important pour nous de trouver un endroit paisible. Ce fut chose faite. Les personnes qui nous ont accueillis sont très sympathiques. Seul bémol, la maison est assez loin de tout commerces et restaurants (20/30min) et la plaque de cuission de la cuisine pas très performante. A part ces détails, louez les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus! Jardin magnifique!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à Atei - Mondim de Basto, et avons eu la délicieuse surprise de découvrir une maison spacieuse, bien équipée, très bien entretenue avec un joli jardin, fleuri et arboré, et une belle piscine. La vue à quasi 360 degrés est juste magnifique, hyper paisible. La maison est très confortable, bien pensée. Il manquerait juste un peu de vaisselle pour les amoureux de la cuisine. Sinon, notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Autant, Riu Filipe Machado, le propriétaire, que les personnes chargées de l'entretien de la maison, sont très accessibles et très agréables. Nous recommandons cette maison !! Merci Céline,
