Tried to locate info to cancel reservation? Unable to check in due to illness.

Cindy, We have a generous 24 hour cancelation policy. If a guest does notify us in a timely manner to cancel and if the guest does not show up for their reservation, we do have to charge the nightly fee for holding the room for the guest. This policy is very standard for all lodging businesses. It seems you have found a way to communicate now, but unfortunately, we had no communication from you prior to your reservation date. We hope you are feeling better.

Sunrise would get 5 stars except for the lack of elevator and the breakfast.

Robert, I am sorry we were not able to accommodate you on the first floor the weekend of your reservation. I am not sure if you missed the breakfast hours, we do offer a variety of items at our breakfast area in the lobby, which includes a variety of muffins/strudels, toast, pb & j, 3 options of cold cereal, a variety of instant oatmeal, fresh fruit, 2 juice selections, milk, coffee, tea and hot water.Thank you for staying with us we appreciate your comments and rating.

Gary, We realize you are not pleased with our 24 hour cancelation policy and no refunds on same day reservations. It is unfortunate that you were not able to fulfill your reservation and did not stay with us.
