The Space:
Altitude sits in the tranquil town of Monegeetta, north of Melbourne, Australia. Mount Macedon, Trentham Falls, Riddells Creek Farmers Market, and Holgate Brewhouse are a few of the nearby attractions in the area. An off-grid accommodation with a well-equipped kitchenette, pot-bellied stove, queen-sized bed up in the loft, and a couch on the ground floor.
This includes a kitchenette that has everything to cook your light meals, such as cooking tools, cutlery, and a portable electric cooler fridge. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence and farm sheds. Additionally, we would like to remind guests that this is a 155-square-foot tiny house that promotes sustainable living in nature.
The Neighborhood:
The tiny house sits near Mount Macedon Walks in Central Victoria, Trentham Falls, Riddells Creek Farmers Market, Hanging Rock Winery, and Holgate Brewhouse. Come visit the best art and cultural festivals, restaurants, wineries, and outdoor activities in the region.
Getting Around:
We are only ten minutes drive from Clarkefield train station.
Other Things to Note:
- No wifi
- Solar-powered
- Mobile reception is good
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed
- Diesel heater is available to provide heat inside
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Only one pet is allowed and would need to ask permission from the land host first prior to accepting two pets

- Guests are advised to bring portable power banks in case of low power
- Guests are also advised to save energy to avoid running out of electricity
- USB ports will be provided to guests for charging devices to conserve energy
- Please charge your phone and electronics in advance in case of low-light days
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
