This is a truly unique medieval hill house at the highest point of the kastro, with outstanding panoramic ocean views to the horizon and Cavo Malea to the south. It sleeps 7 in three bedrooms, and is easily accessible thanks to its position in the town. Furthermore it boasts a lush private garden built over 3 terraces (a rare feature), making summer evenings nice and cool. Some issues
This is a nice property in Monemvasia but we did experience a few problems. The electricity went out multiple times and we were initially asked to work around their schedule for check-in time. Communication with the management was unpleasant and some untruths were told by them. Not sure whether this was an isolated event or a pattern. Perhaps others will have a better experience than we did. Nice looking property though.
