No river view!
We paid for a ‘superior double room with river view’ The room was a good size but due to the trees outside being too tall and in full foliage, there was no river view. Even though this is not under the hotel’s control, it should not be advertised as a river view and we should not have paid more for the privilege of not seeing the river!

Very modern hotel, room and bathroom like new. Nice touch of offering a kettle with tea and coffee as well as glasses. Reception was very welcoming with fresh fruits set out on counter. Staff was speaking English well, and was super friendly and efficient at check in. Parking is easy behind the hotel yet there is no direct access to the lobby. We used the adjacent hotel parking to walk to the lobby without taking any stairs, alternatively you go back to the street and take the stairs up to the reception.

A beautiful hotel, well located for access to the town centre and surrounding area. Parking was perfect! The member of staff at check in dealt with a technical issue very efficiently. His English was perfect, even pronounciing my Welsh name correctly!

Pas vraiment un hôtel 4 étoiles
Pas de mini frigo dans la chambre d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Fuite dans le drain du lavabo, donc en essayant de garder quelques canettes au frais en plein été, la salle de bain s’est inondée. Quand il fait presque 40 degrés dehors, ce n’est pas normal qu’on ne fait pas fonctionner la climatisation dans tout l’hôtel y inclus dans la salle du petit-déjeuner. Chaque fois qu’on quitte sa chambre en prennant la clé avec soi, la climatisation s’arrète. Beaucoup de bruit de la réception et des travaux pendant qu’on prend son petit-déjeuner. Dommage car l’hôtel est récent et moderne et j’aime bien son concept et son garage sousterrain.
