Located on a hill 200 meters above sea level, it is a typical Tuscan house immersed in a complete natural context with panoramic views, starry skies and in a silent context with no neighbours.
House consists of living room with fireplace with panoramic view and kitchen, double bedroom, one large bedroom with 4 single beds (2 joinable to double) and bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub, outdoor shower, and is totally surrounded by more than 1000sqm of private terraced garden - 2 parking spaces.
NB. The last 800 metres are uphill and car is necessary; Being completely immersed in natural context of Mediterranean scrub and without neighbors, this house is ideal for those who love nature, walks, tranquility in a private context. Monte Argentario is an island promontory whose territory is completely different from the rest of the flat Tuscan coast.

Quiet place with amazing fantastic view on harbour.
Really quiet place on top of the hill with fantastic view on sea and harbour Porto Santo Stefano. You have to expect a lot of driving with car. Owner react and answering really quickly with kindness and politeness. Few problems he solved very fast. Only one negative is count of mosquitoes. They are everywhere throught the night and evening. Recommend spray repellents and electric repellents.

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Aufenthalt. Ruhig und mit tollem Blick. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und die Kommunikation ist schnell und freundlich. Die Anfahrt ist etwas herausfordernd mit den heutigen Autos - da wünscht man sich den Panda zurück…

Fantastische Aussicht
Porto Santo Stefano ist ein wunderschönes Hafenstädtchen. Das türkis blaue Wasser, der kleine Hafen und ringsherum die Hauser in den Bergen - einfach wunderbar. Das Ferienhaus bieten ein traumhaften Blick genau auf den Hafen und das Meer. Das große Grundstück verteilt sich auf mehreren Ebenen und ist komplett eingezäunt. Unser Hund konnte so unbeaufsichtigt draußen rumlaufen. Das Haus haben wir sauber vorgefunden. Es bietet ordentlich Platz und ist mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet ( ein Toaster wäre noch gut gewesen). WLAN war bei uns leider sehr schwach, mobile Datennutzung war notwendig. Auch wenn das Haus mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet ist, muss man mit den Plagegeistern rechnen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Gut möglich, dass wir wiederkommen.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht!
Leider war das Objekt (Böden, Regale, Bettwäsche) nicht sauber und unordentlich. Fenster und Türen sind schwergängig und schließen nicht richtig, daher viele Mücken im Haus. Mit einem SUV kann man kaum parken. Die Möbel sind alt und abgewohnt, der Garten unordentlich. Es standen angebrochene Essenpackungen und Getränke im Haus. Wir sind nach zwei Nächten wieder abgereist. Dieses Haus entspricht nicht dem üblichen Komfort und Standard der Region in dieser Preisklasse. Hier ist nichts mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet (z.B. Plastiktischdecke auf dem Esstisch). Aussicht und Gegend sind aber traumhaft!

Das Haus ist großartig gelegen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse einzigartig. Die Räume sind jedoch sehr abgewohnt. Der Preis erscheint deutlich zu hoch und nur durch die außergewöhnliche Lage gerechtfertigt.

Wunderschöner Ausblick
Das Haus ist für Paare ohne Kinder perfekt. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich. Ohne Auto ist man dort allerdings sehr eingeschränkt-es gibt fußläufig keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für und keine Restaurants. Wir waren absolut zufrieden, der Urlaub dort war wunderschön! Unbedingt ein Fernglas mitnehmen! Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist unglaublich schön! Morgens den Sonnenaufgang bewundern!

Schönes Haus, traumhafte Region, tolles Hafenstädtchen!
Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, mit herrlichem Blick auf Porto Santo Stefano. Das Häuschen ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat viel Flair. Die in einem Kommentar erwähnte Schnakenproblematik hatten wir auch. Vielleicht könnte man ja die Ausstattung um Moskitonetze für die Schlafzimmer ergänzen. Marusca hat uns Vorort betreut und war stets für uns da. MILLE GRAZIE! Porto Santo Stefano ist eine noch sehr authentische kleine Hafenstadt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Strände, die sehr sauber, schön und während unseres Besuches nie überlaufen waren. Wir hatten dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub und werden wieder kommen!

super Location
Ich war ein Monat mit unterschiedlichen Freunden in dieser super Location. Mein Hund Yoko (Flat) hat sich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht und auch die Vermieter sind nicht zu übertreffen - es hat alles PERFEKT geklappt. Freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit - jede Frage wurde SOFORT beantwortet. Geniales WLAN - wir haben einen super Monat im Mai/Juni verbracht - viel übers WLAN gearbeitet - hat alles perfekt geklappt - DANKE vielmals für alles. Einziger - Punkt war die Satelittenanlage für Radio und TV. Netflix hat wieder perfekt funktoniert. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer direkt auf den Fischerhafen von Porto Santo Stefano - einzigartige und mega coole Location mitten in den Olivenhängen oberhalb Porto SS. Kommen gerne wieder :-) Grazie per tutti Claudia und Patrizia mit Yoko

Cercavamo la tranquillità e l'abbiamo trovata
Siamo rientrati oggi dal nostro soggiorno in questa casetta nascosta tra gli ulivi; è proprio così come si vede dalle foto, una vista spettacolare, sì può vedere l'alba al mattino...la sera c'è un silenzio surreale...non ci è mancato proprio nulla. Grazie mille a Simone e anche a Marusca che è stata gentilissima.
