Immersed in the countryside of Monte Argentario, but only 5 km from the main services and restaurants of the town (a restaurant is also located about 1 km away), this villa will meet all your needs.
The view is exceptional, facing the sea and the Tuscan Archipelago. The house, thanks to its privileged position, is very quiet and cool in summer, and is located just above the beach of Cala Grande.
The house consists of:
- four bedrooms;
- two bathrooms with tub / shower and a third separate toilet;
- a very spacious kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, TV);
- a large living room with sofas and TV;
- a bright veranda with a dining corner, overlooking the garden;
- very large outdoor veranda with table and built-in barbecue;
- garden and large green areas with vineyards, olive trees, fruit trees, vegetable garden and a fenced pool with outdoor shower, for exclusive use and cared for by a gardener every two days;
- large shaded outdoor parking.
Our accommodation is suitable and open also to children.
Animals are welcome, but as this is our family home, we hope you have the utmost care.
The entire structure, including the garden and pool, are for the exclusive use of guests.
The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of September.
We live in Porto S. Stefano, and we are always available for any need.

Cala Grande beach is about 20 minutes walk from the house. The first part of the road is very scenic, while the second part follows a path under the shade of trees.
It is a pebble beach, free and unequipped. Other equipped and sandy beaches, however, are located in the immediate vicinity of the town.
The town is about 5 km from the house. In July and August there is a free shuttle service to the town, with stops near other beaches.
Porto S. Stefano can be reached by public transport, arriving at the airports of Pisa and Rome and continuing by train to Orbetello-Monte Argentario station. *Starting from 2024 we are collecting a municipal tax of €2 per person per night, which is applied to all guests who are 14 years old and above, for the first 7 nights of stay.

A beautiful and comfortable home
We loved our stay here, The house and property are beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. Our hosts Marta and Fabrizio were warm and welcoming, and very helpful in responding to our needs.
We were two couples and the size of the house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone.We enjoyed making good use of the kitchen, the vegetable garden and the fruit.
The walk to the beach is lovely as is the pebbly beach itself. The weather, even in mid-fall, was mostly great and we had lots of opportunity to enjoy the beach and the garden.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Umgebung
Wir (7Personen) und zwei Hund haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und dennoch jederzeit Kontakt zum Vermieter. Das Haus und das Grundstück ist sehr geräumig und die überdachte Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit der Ort zum Zusammensein. Zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dauert es ca. 10 Minuten, zum Strand ca. 20 Minuten, wobei der Fußweg steil aber auch interessant ist. Während des Aufenthaltes hatten wir nicht immer WLAN, die Vermieter haben sich jedoch schnellstmöglich darum gekümmert. Insgesamt ein sehr entspannter Urlaub.

Ferien in Monte Argentario
Ein schönes Ferienhaus in wundervoller Umgebung. Das Haus und die Einrichtung und Pool sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gut gepflegt, alles sehr sauber. Weg zum Steinstrand zu Fuß 15 Minuten, aber recht steil. Zum Sandstrand mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten.

Sensationelle Lage, mit herrlichem Ausblick
4 Wochen haben wir in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Umgeben von Pinien, Eichen, Rebstöcken, Oleander und Yasmin. Trotz Hitze war es im Haus und davor auf der Pergola immer angenehm frisch. Der Pool wurde alle 2 Tage gereinigt, und der Garten sehr schön gepflegt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden und wir haben abwechslungsweise gekocht, und gebacken. Auch für Barbecue in der Pergola gibt es einen tollen Aussengrill. Der einzige Nachteil an der Lage ist die Abhängigkeit vom Auto, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern zum Strand möchte. Die Bucht in der Nähe ist in 15 min. zu Fuss erreichbar und zum Schnorcheln geeignet. Für die Kleinen jedoch eher ungeeignet, da der Zugang recht steil und steinig ist. Am Morgen ist sie schöner, da sich noch nicht so viele Gäste dort befinden. Für die „Grossen“ ist es sehr schön zum Biken. Das Städchen Porto Santo Stefano liegt 20 Min. entfernt mit dem Fahrrad. Es gibt auch Trails für die Hardcore Biker und Fahrradwege im Naturschutzgebiet. Wunderbar! Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen.

Schöner geht es nicht!
Wundervolle Villa in traumhafter Umgebung mit eigenem Pool und phantastischer Aussicht!
Wir waren zu sechst und hatten viel Raum, so dass sich jeder total wohl fühlte. Die Besitzer Fabrizio, Christina und Marta sind sehr nett und das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet.
Der Strand von Cala Grande ist felsig und gut zum Schnorcheln, liegt allerdings 150 Höhenmeter tiefer und das letzte Stück des Wegs hinunter ist etwas beschwerlich auf einem steilen Pfad.
Ganz toll der Ausflug mit der Fähre nach Giglio.
Wenn es irgendwie geht, kommen wir wieder :-)

PERFECT house with amazing sea viw
We enjoyed one wonderful week in this lovely place with 9 people. It could not have been better - the house is comfortable and has everything you need including dish washer and washing machine. The big garden is absolutely beautiful including pool. The sea view is stunning and there is a beach close to the house that can be reached by walk in 15 minutes. Fabrizio and has family are very nice people and we definitely plan to come back in the future.
Thanks a lot for a wonderful time that we will not forget!
