The staff are rude , food is bad and pool was freezing cold and no towel and cleaning service for rooms poor used the same sheets with stains on it and would never ever recommend this resort

The grounds were nice, the beach area was small but adequate, the rooms were all clean and were a nice size. I will say my view from my patio was amazing. The food was absolutely HORRIBLE with the exception of the buffet. The hibachi restaurant was terrible, that was the worst food I have ever eaten in my life so don't even bother to make a reservation. Honestly I feel like all the food that is served in the restaurants on site came from the buffet it was just presented differently and by wait staff instead of buffet style. So save time and just go to the buffet. My daughter had her wedding there and I feel like they could have done a better job of helping her organize her day on the day. The wedding coordinator wasn't exactly coordinating but in the end it all turned out nice.

We’ve stayed at a good amount of all inclusives and thus was our least favorite. A few of the issues we encountered….towels at pool ran out in early afternoon, pool bars would run out of things and they didn’t restock or make more. Food at buffet was not being refilled. The one morning all fruit as empty and it was still early. There were 4 of us in the room and every time they cleaned we only my got 3 towels, no hand towels, and 2 wash clothes.

The food was pretty good. They have several different dining options so there's something for everyone. The staff was super nice and on point with the room service. We stayed at this resort for a week and had a blast!

The upscale restaurants could be better.. The buffet and and other restaurants were alot better than the one you need actually restorations for. The staff was truly amazing and very welcoming. The room was clean property itself was very well kept and clean. My stay was phenomenal. I just personally didnt like the Italian food. Would def recommend this property to anyone

Guest services needs training. Calls go unanswered for too long. Wait for the delivery of items too long In the buffet you have to wait for people to turn in the fire. This is 2024. Stayed here when it first opened in COVID and felt they needed time to get this together. Obviously they need more time. Didnt even bother to complaim because front desk already saw it was no point because they heard it all before.
