Also the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Definitely book all activities through guest services, transportation and drinks included for some!!

Relative to other all inclusive trips I’ve been on this I would say is below average. Room security is also a major concern as there were several safes being robbed during stay. The management for this resort needs to get a hold of this issue

Thought it was great. Employees are very welcoming. Had Privileges package and I hughly recommend the extra cost. Cones with Butler service and all-inclusive meals. At times service to the room like in-room dining were slower than expected.

The property itself is quite nice, featuring appealing amenities and well-maintained surroundings. However, I found the food options to be rather limited and repetitive, falling short of what one would expect from a 5-star establishment. Additionally, during my stay, they ran out of the only type of beer they offer, which was disappointing. To add to my frustration, there were no beach towels available for guests, making it difficult to enjoy the beach area comfortably. Furthermore, I noticed that the sales representatives were overly aggressive in their approach each day, which detracted from the relaxation I was hoping to experience.

This was my third stay at this property and it didn't disappoint. I stayed initially at the Eden bay side and choose the Ocean Coral side as we were with children. The rooms were clean and well stocked-we had some issues attaining wash cloths (apparently it's an issue at the property). We throughly enjoyed the food! Special should out to Chef Nathaniel at the Japanese restaraunt. The restaraunt was fully booked and busy and our "show" and cook didn't start until close to 10 pm but Chef Nathaniel was engaged, sang and put on a show for us! And the food was delicious! Some of the best at the property. My daughter and nephew loved hibachi and he truly made their night! We also were accommodated by Shanardo from the front desk as well! The Italian restaraunt was closed and he made a few calls do that I could get Pasta for me and my daughter. He also assisted us in obtaining a later check out. The chefs at Sugar Cane were also accommodating as they made eggs for my daughter. Over all I really enjoyed my stay and Oceans Coral Springs and would recommend to my family. I hope that the folks I mention are still with the company as it's the employees we encounter who service us with such grace that truly make this resort special!

No urgency at this resort. My mini ridge never worked in the room and ask them to have if fixed all 5 days I was there and it was not fixed. Had to call for towels everyday for the room. Was turned away from restaurants more than once. Food is not available all day restaurants close down for 2 or more hours everyday. Restaurants are not open everyday. Just overall not a good stay. Resort was nice but I won’t be returning.

I really like the property it seems like they thought of things to keep guest entertained. The only thing I didn’t like was how slow the service staff were at times and understaffing problems as well other than that it was nice .

Very nice facilities…. And they seem to be trying to provide service equal or better than a normal hotel….but it’s not really working. The service was fine, but we purchased the “Priviledge” upgrade, which seemed to bring the service level close to (but not up to) a normal business hotel. Really a nice hotel, and I’m hoping they’ll get their stuff together so it will still be there in the future. Lived our stay…. But it was simpler to get ice from the bar ve ordering it from room service (the hotel’s butler suggestion). Lots of great restaurants and cafes, but be prepared to be your own butler.
