The resort checking in was long and unfriendly , they didn’t help us to our rooms, no food was available at our arrival and we were not give any direction how to get to our rooms or get around the resort. the first day experience colored and affected our entire experience. I never recommend them to anyone one else.

Love the customer service, the entertainment and the whole vibe! Exactly what we were looking for!! Could do better on the food, the buffet was mostly bland and ended up not eating the portions. That sucked!

Beach not as nice and need more fruit selections

The beach is not as clean and beautiful as I expected. And after a few days of watching the boats selling things it gets a bit old. Also - they need to have more fruit selections - given that it's a tropical island, I was hoping for more fruit than just melons at every meal.

The location, staff and stay was excellent. Even better, the price I got through Expedia!!! Honestly, I didn't use a travel agent, and I saved over $700.00 for everything (flight and resort) compared to four other friends that booked through a travel agent. This experience was near perfect!

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days/4 nights. I have been to different resorts around the world, and when it comes to the food, I was not impressed and this hotel ranked the lowest. The buffet had variety, but whatever was served at the buffet was also served at the other restaurants you had to make a reservation for. The food did not have much flavor, and unfortunately, does not represent authentic Jamaican cuisine. Additionally, I was sad to find out that they did not have room service available. I was also not impressed with the villas. They needed serious renovations and were quite antiquated. The rooms did not come with smart TV and Netflix was not an option on my laptop because of an issue with the hotel's wifi. However, the rooms were very clean which I greatly appreciated. The entertainment was okay. I really enjoyed karaoke night but I wish there could have been a DJ/live more often than not. Finally, the staff could have been more welcoming. Sometimes they would be in a bad mood and it was unappealing.

I enjoyed the properties dining the food was amazing and the entire area was extremely clean. All the associates that worked there were very polite. What I didn't like was not being told that I needed a sticker for my luggage before it could be taken to my room. I got stuck in clothes for a colder climate on a tropical island for hours and boy was I upset. No one told me anything about that.

Property is nice. Is an area where is close if you want to go outside or the resort to party. The resort facilitates transportation to club. Hotel had lots of fun activities. Staff was polite and the food was pretty good

The food was horrible and they had no fresh fruit for breakfast. I been to Jamaica more than 6 times but never stayed here but I didn’t miss out on anything. However the overall entertainment was nice.
