For such a luxurious hotel to the food options was minimal, they need more dishes on the menu . This hotel is absolutely beautiful

Overall - We would not consider coming back to the property or recommending to our friends and family. It was the opposite of a luxury stay, as we felt more stressed than relaxed. Service: We never felt settled in the property from the day we got there. We were initially told that we are getting a king room after the first night and 3 days went by with our luggage still packed in the anticipation of changing rooms. By this time it was the last day of our vacation and we lived with it. All service at the resort was extremely slow. Cleanliness: Generally the room was clean, however there plenty of little bugs in the room, we were already waiting for a room change so we expected we will get to a new room, but nothing happened there. Butler Service: We had Ardley and Tessa and beach butler Mariah who were all fantastic and made us feel relaxed. They were literally the best part of our trip. Outside of them, the service was generally poor and the hotel managers didn’t really care. In fact other guests were complaining that they never met their butlers or were even complaining how poor the butler service was. Facilities and Amenities: - Fitness centres were great - Spa was outdated and the steam rooms were not working - pools and swim up bars were great. - the open hot tub was not operational - beach chairs and beds were ok, but definitely needed to be updated. Food: All the food we had was great. The exception being Hunters Steakhouse were the food was not its best.

The resort overall was nice the pools were really clean and the rooms were very modern. The food could use some updating it was the same type of food every single day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They only served jerk chicken at the jerk hut which I thought was ridiculous. The sides would always be the same too and tasted like it was leftover from the day before. Housekeeping would come and leave towels but not wash cloths so I had to track them down everyday to find wash cloths. The staff wasn’t very attentive either. At the Buffett we would get done with our food before the waiter would come back with drinks. I guess you have to tip them before they service you in order to get good service. Overall, the resort was okay but I’ve stayed at better.

I recently stayed at the Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters with my partner to celebrate our 6-year anniversary, and honestly, there was nothing luxurious about our experience. To say the level of service was disappointing is an understatement, from the front desk to the wait staff at the buffet. We had to get our own water when having our first lunch and when we finally asked for some, it felt like we were being a burden. It doesn’t make sense for there to only be one buffet for two hotels. That’s a recipe for chaos. The café staff were fantastic! Their infectious positive energy really lifted our sour moods. The vegan/vegetarian options are repetitive, so be prepared to eat curried chickpeas for breakfast/lunch/dinner a few times a day for a couple of days. Our room was not "ready" until 3:48 PM and it was filthy. There were ants on the luggage bench, hair in the bathroom, cobwebs in the ceiling, etc. We had to request a room change, and unfortunately, that was frustrating. We dealt with Kedisha, who didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and acted as if the room being unclean was our fault. The room change was not much better, but at least it was clean; there were two twin beds. Twin beds for adults? Some notable mentions for great service go to Cleon-Bellhop, Moesha-Buffet, Obryan-Sports Bar, Sashanna-Steakhouse, and Camille, Conigia, Kevon & Petra Lee-Café. Abbigayle-front desk. Overall, we would not recommend, it's not worth the money.

The property is well kept and beautiful. The staff is amazing and will go above and beyond to assist your needs. The bar is a vibe ,tons of drink options and the vibes team is a good time all around. I felt so comfortable.

I saw roaches crawling on top of the cold food area on more than one occasion. The parking was horrible, one of the security told me I could not park so I had to leave and go to Riu. I will never go back to this location.

Property: other than the lobby and pool, looks poorly maintained. Staff/service: withe exception of 2 staff members, seems in need of retraining. Staff is noisy, boisterous discussions amongst themselves at all times even waking you in early mornings. Most seem reluctant to offer help of any kind. Food: if you are able to get it and get the correct order, food is delicious.

The staff were amazing. Bring cash because the ATM’s don’t always work and sometimes take your card and you will not get it back. The seafood restaurant had the best food. If you can afford it the swim up room is definitely worth the extra money. Diamond club is also worth the extra money. Carla and Carlos were are butlers and they were amazing. We would definitely recommend the Royalton for the service. We are usually one and done but the service here was so amazing we will definitely be back.
