The green hills are home to villages and valleys to explore, ideal for those who want a break from the stressful daily life. The large outdoor area of the house is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and thermal oven where you can dine outside while your children have fun in the play area. The nearest town is Tortona (17 km). Genoa with its beautiful aquarium and ancient port is 70 km away. (Alessandria / Asti) Monferrato 40 km. Montemagno (60 km) is a village composed of twelve parts and is one of the "Castelli Aperti" (open castles) of the Piedmont region. At 30 km is the largest outlet in Europe with 240 stores with the most famous brands.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property was not kept up to an appropriate standard, very dusty inside , lawns not kept cut, I would not recommend staying there, naturally the view from the garden was beautiful, but it really needs to be cleaned and maintained for it ti be attractive,
