If you are planning your next trip to Pacific Grove, then we have the premier location at Lover's Point. The Cottage at Lover's Point is a 100+-year-old Heritage Home, the original exterior is detailed with the charm and history of old Victorian Monterey architecture.
There is no better location in all of Pacific Grove! This home is directly across from Lover's Point recreation area and park which has white sandy beaches, swimming, surfing, kayaking, snorkeling/diving, paddle boarding, biking, dining, and a coffee house. For your leisure, we offer complimentary use of adult bikes, boogie boards, golf clubs, tennis racquets, and beach toys available for your use and enjoyment at NO additional charge.
Enjoy a beautiful 1-mile walk (2,000 steps) from the Cottage along the Coastal Recreation Trail to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. A 1/4 mile north, you can visit downtown Pacific Grove, the Farmer’s Market, shops, restaurants, and galleries. By car, you can view sunsets at Asilomar State Marine Reserve (7 minutes), Pebble Beach (15 minutes), and Carmel-by-the-Sea (17 minutes).
Every room has been extensively updated. FEATURES: The main floor open concept living area has a comfy sectional, a separate reading lounge that functions as a twin bed, a Smart TV, a bay view window seat, and a separate dining area that can also be used for board games, puzzles, or remote work.
Within walking distance, there are wonderful restaurants, or you may prefer to prepare your gourmet recipe in the well-equipped kitchen or BBQ outdoors while taking advantage of alfresco dining on the back patio.
There are two bedrooms: both the King and Queen are located upstairs, and each has a TV. There are also two bathrooms: the upstairs has a tub/shower combo; the lower has an antique clawfoot tub/shower.
PARKING: One single off-street parking space on the property with a rolling gate for security, and additional non-metered free street parking.

Great girls getaway
The house is lovely, but need to remember it’s an old Victorian that has been updated for modern conveniences. So though they’ve done a great job and up keep was beautiful, it’s not spacious and a lil quirky. Most would say charming! We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the location. Walkable to restaurants, quick drive to some amazing site in Monterey and Carmel. Thanks for the stay Jack!

You can't get any closer to the beach.
If you want to hang out at Lover's Point all weekend, this is the place for you. You open the front door, cross the street, and you're there. This charming craftman style house is beautiful, filled with so much character and details, and has everything you need: 2 beautiful rooms with comfortable beds (check), incredibly decorated interior (check), outdoor shower with a foot washing station (check). You can't beat this location, unless you were on the beach. Jack is a great host (easy to communicate with and quick to respond to messages and phone calls).

Pacific Grove Lovers Point
My wife and I spent a weekend with our son and his wife at this Lovers Point home. The home is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and the location is stunning, The inside appears to be completely newly remodeled and is Georgia’s. It is in the historic section and a short two block walk to the “Main Street” of Lighthouse Lane. We walked everywhere for dinner, coffee, breakfast and more. Directly across the street is a running/biking/walking trail that goes along the coast for miles in both directions. We had an amazing weekend at this wonderful property.

An adorable cottage in a wonderful location
The location was beautiful and Lover's Point Park was amazing. Everything we needed was at our disposal and the property was close to the places we needed to get to and wanted to visit. A mother seal and her baby were within a 5 minute walk as an added bonus. The property owner was communicative and kind. We had a wonderful visit.

Comfy cottage steps away from Lover’s Point
We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. I was doing all of the driving, and appreciated the off-street parking, which was provided with a gate. The kitchen was well appointed and served our needs easily, as we liked to eat breakfast in every day. The sitting room was comfortable, and had a large TV. The bed we used was also comfortable, with soft sheets.

A new favorite
The cottage was cozy and comfortable, and decorated in a way to feel bright and fresh. The shower upstairs had nice hot water, which was much appreciated after the showers we had at Sequoia and Yosemite. A good kitchen, and a delightful sunlit space to do a bit of laundry. We felt quite at home. It was lovely to walk along the coast and see otters, a mama and infant seal, star fish, and beautiful flowers. We loved having the little beach right off our doorstep. We’d like to come back and explore more of “PG.” What a great place! The owner was very kind.

Fabulous Cottage!
This cottage is the perfect place to stay in Pacific Grove! The cottage is very nicely appointed; it is charming, cozy, and comfortable. Jack is a terrific host who provides lots of useful information about both the cottage and Pacific Grove. You wake up with a view of the captivating coastline and Lovers Point and access to the walking path along these beautiful landscapes is but steps from the cottage. Likewise, it is an easy walk into Pacific Grove’s downtown area for eateries, art galleries, quaint shops, and the museum. Again, this is a beautiful cottage in a terrific location!

My new favorite vacation rental in the Monterey Area
I absolutely adore this cottage. You are right across the street from a beach. The home is airy and bright. And it’s located close to all of the places you would want to go during your stay here.
