Lamentablemente el servicio de limpieza fue malo. Cuando llegamos a la habitación estaba muy sucia incluyendo áreas íntimas como el baño a tal punto que te hacen dudar si realmente cambiaron la ropa de las camas. Cuando reportamos el incidente nos habían comentado que nos cambiarán de habitación pero al regresar al hotel nos dijo el recepcionista que el mismo limpiaría la habitación. Nosotras accedimos pensando que subiría con un equipo de limpieza dado que Las paredes estaban manchadas el piso estaba polvoriento, podías ver marcas de manos en el espejo y puerta del baño, pelos en el baño y el cuarto olía a trapo sucio. El recepcionista subió solamente con un trapo para limpiar todo aquello. Fue entonces que entendimos porque olía a trapo sucio. No nos cambiaron la habitación ni ofrecieron un rembolso, lamentablemente tuvimos que quedarnos ahí porque ya era tarde para buscar otro hotel.

The hotel location is amazing. I was expecting it to be a great hotel considering the fact that it is by Luxor group but I was highly disappointed with the amenities. The sinks are clogged and the water just sits there. The shower barely has any pressure it takes forever to take a shower. Very disappointing.
