The room was extremely dirty and the property was not well maintained at all. Overpriced! The sheets were dirty, there was hair everywhere in the bathroom, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed and the overall condition of the room was very poor. If I hadn’t paid through Expedia I’d not had stayed. The towels were old and stinking… the pillows were also old. I can say that that was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in my life. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel.

An airport hotel. No coffee in the morning. Had to wait until the restaurant was open (6:30) to get a cup of coffee. One bottle of water a day. No extra bottles available. No toothpaste available when you forgot to pack it. Restaurant was not good. Nothing special about the executive suite that I paid extra for. Nothing good to say about the hotel except it was near the airport.

La verdad la prioridad del viaje era tomar el bus del hotel desde y hasta el aeropuerto por seguridad y faciiidad. Lamentablemente una señorita obtusa y poco proactiva hizo de la estancia algo desagradable, más de una hora y media esperamos para que nos buscaran. La habitación muy buena y su desayuno también, par de gentiles empleados uno de ellos Angel nos ayudó en facilitar el transporte y lograr un servicio adecuado. Espero mejoren, éxito!

Disappointing amenities
Disappointed, main reason why I chose this place was for two things, Bar (to avoid stepping out) and Shuttle to Airport. There’s no longer a bar there. I called ahead and they told me to come down and register for ride. I did that with time and they told me that the following Shuttle would be full. I understood and so I asked I could get on the next one, they said I could but the timing wasn’t guaranteed due to traffic and there lunch breaks. So I had to Uber.
