When we arrived we were told there was no early check in not even 10-15 minutes. We decided to wait in the lobby which had the A/C turned off maybe turn the air on or let guest check in a bit early so they don’t have to wait in the lobby sweating. Staff is not friendly but once we got our room everything was good.
