In Monteux, very close to the Splashworld Aquatic Park and Lake Beaulieu, a magnificent new air-conditioned comfortable cottage comprising a large living room opening onto the terrace and swimming pool, two double bedrooms with television, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate wc.

For tourist holidays through Provence, between Avignon and Carpentras, this magnificent gîte will offer you a peaceful holiday and many activities in the surrounding area.

With a surface area of 130 m², this fully air-conditioned single-storey gîte offers:
Kitchen: sink, 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of storage. One table, two benches.
Very bright living room: 2 sofas, 4 armchairs, flat screen TV. Living room overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool.

Not the best area for disabled
Aircon cottage welcome in hot weather. Access to and finding property far from good due to closed roads and very potholed access road. Not many decent towns to explore, other than Avignon and le Sourge near the cottage. Lavender was beautifull. We prefer the Dordogne area due to our lack of French and the Provancers lack of English.

Great pool. Totally private. Nice clean house.
This is a newly modernised house with ample facilities for a small family group. Comfortable in all respects. Owners live next door but leave you alone to get on with your holiday and are there if you need them. They are very friendly and helpful. Whilst it is not a perfect location and there are some very very minor issues, overall you have to say it is a five - star experience and we would definitely return one day.

Enjoyed our week holiday here. The gite was very spacious and clean. Enough room for us all. Pool was lovely, but quite deep, so be aware for small children. We were worried about lack of shade outside in the photos, but no need to worry as the gite provided shade from lunchtime onwards. A lot of dogs barking during the day in the near location, but luckily couldnt hear it at night. Communication was a bit difficult as we only understood basic French, and the vendors didnt speak any English. Google translate was very handy.

Maison spacieuse, extérieur très plaisant et hôtes disponibles et agréables
Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans cette maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. L'extérieur est très bien entretenu et à l'abris des regards. La voie d'accès à la maison est un chemin non goudronné. Activez donc votre mode 4 roues car ça secoue ! :) Les propriétaires du logement habitent la maison à côté et se rendent disponibles dans la minute. C'est un couple très aimable. Merci de votre accueil

Sehr schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen und zur Erholung
Das Haus ist sehr modern und befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Es ist komplett klimatisiert und der Pool und das Grundstück sind ein Traum. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch, sodass man gerne wieder kommen möchte.

Un séjour excellent !
Nous avons avons passé quelques jours merveilleux dans ce gîte. La maison est en excellente état, très propre et fonctionnelle: un séjour formidable disposant des baies vitrées, une cuisine moderne et très bien équipée et des belles chambres. L'extérieur est également magnifique avec la grande piscine, la terrasse, le jardin, le terrain de pétanque et de la place pour la voiture. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse, la disponibilité et la discrétion des propriétaires. Merci beaucoup. Nous y reviendrons !!

Nos vacances à Monteux
Rien à redire sur notre excellent séjour chez Patrick et Patricia. La maison n'a que des côtés positifs, clarté, disposition, qualité de la literie, équipements, décoration tout y est et l'extérieur est du même niveau !!! Quant à nos hôtes un accueil très chaleureux, grande disponibilité, et grande générosité !!!! Nous reviendrons !!!!
