If this place is a 3 star hotel then I am Elon musk. This is a 2 star hotel at best. The hotel is run down and dilapitated. When you walk in you will be hit with a very strong smell of cheap smelling scented detergent cleaner. The smell was so cloying it made my throat burn and my eyes water. I had to request for a room change not once, but twice. They need to put a bit of money into that hotel as it has potential. The staff is friendly but that only goes so far when you are picking a stranger's puubs out of your supposedly clean towels. Oh and it is right across from a very suspect establishment. Don't take my word for it though, go see and smell for yourself.

We evacuated our home from a major hurricane to arrive at this hotel with dirty bed sheets, used toilet paper in the bathroom, remote to tv didn’t work, dirty underwear behind the tv cabinet. The front desk lady came to change out sheets and was bare footed. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

First off, we asked for a room with a king size bed did not get it had two double beds. My husband‘s bed had bed bugs. He is scarred up from head to toe with these bedbugs. I would never stay in that hotel again I would never stay in that hotel again

Hotel is clean but area around the hotel is rough…not the best side of town. We were on the top floor and sliding glass window did not close all the way. Also, our room compared to another family member had see through window shades. So I had to place a sheet over the window to keep the light from the parking lot from over illuminating the room at night. I did let the front desk know. Staff was friendly and they were able to have my room ready prior to check-in time. My major complaint is that I was charged twice. I paid for hotel in full at time of booking on hotel.com, but my credit on file (for incidentals) was charged for the entire stay at check-out. I called 3 times to address the matter with the staff and all 3 times I was told to call back due to system being down. Got my bank involved and they were able to get money from hotel for the double charge.
