The staff was very sweet and friendly

Front desk employee was VERY sweet. The hotel was clean but the rooms are very small. Rooms need a lil upgrade. Bathrooms are nice. I think they're renovating or in the mist of renovating. I just hate that I could smell that nasty smell of herbs which is not the hotel's fault but some people are not considerate of others. I dont want to be in my room in smell that horrible smell.

The lady who worked the front desk while I was staying was very kind and helpful. The property looked way better once I saw they finished construction in the lobby. My hotel stay was a 10/10. I might become a regular attendee at this hotel.

Horrible management and customer service. Roach are everywhere walking on my face during daydream. Even tho I complained manager they didn’t provide any benefits neither apologies.
