It's rare to find a place where the ENTIRE staff treats you so well. The dining option was limited to only the Riverside Marketplace, but one didn’t need anything else. Six different stations resembling a buffet, but everything's cooked to order. And all of it was excellent. We ate there again for breakfast the next morning, and equally as good. The rooms were very modern and comfortable. We can't say enough good things about this place. We'll definitely be back!!

Nice hotel… horrible check in experience, room was not available at check in time. It took an hour and a half after check in time of 4p for the room to be finally ready at around 5:23p, I was told to wait and that I would receive a text message when the room was ready, never received one. I had to return back to the front desk after being tired of waiting and requested that my room be cancelled and then was told my room was ready?!? Should I be allowed to stay an extra hour and a half past my check out time, I’m sure that would not be accepted. I’ve never had this experience before.

This a beautiful property. We were on the 16th floor and the topography was amazing! We had maintenance to check the drain in the bathroom basin and the toilet was unstable to sit on i.e, it felt as though it was not sealed properly.
