At the exclusive use of the guests a brick swimming pool with natural stone lining and salt water system + solar shower (3X10m – depth 1,5m).The estate is located within 2 pristine natural reserves, Val di Farma and Val di Merse. The Farma stream runs alongside part of the property and the famous Farma Canaloni are located about 800 meters from the Villa. The famous Abbey of San Galgano just 10 km away. The city of Siena can be reached in 35 minutes. Minimarket and restaurants in the small village of Torniella 4 km away. Closest city with all services 7 km away (Monticiano – Siena). The sea of Punta Ala, Scarlino and Follonica 1 hour away. The Villa, sleeps 8, is on two floors.
Ground floor - fully equipped kitchen with large, antique outdoor oven + elegant wooden gazebo with tables and chairs, sunbeds and barbecue - cellar ideal for aging fine wines and for maturing cured meats and cheeses - large bathroom with sink and shower - room with washing machine and household hygiene products - billiard room with corner for tasting liqueurs and cigars / Tuscan pipes - library / painting room with piano and double sofa bed (with super comfort mattress) / technical room.
The first floor is accessed from the ancient internal stone staircase and we find: a large living room with large TV and satellite system, DVD, wifi system and CD player. In the living room there are elegant Chesterfield sofas and an ancient fireplace. The corridor leads to the 3 large double bedrooms. The first bedroom with a large double bed and 1 cot for small children. The second bedroom with large double bed. The third bedroom (very spacious) has a double bed + 2 single beds (joinable) and according to the needs of the guests; the large bedroom has an elegant divider, for greater privacy between the double bed and the 2 single beds. Also on the first floor we find 2 large bathrooms with shower. The double beds are all extra large with super comfort mattresses. All rooms have fans.
The floor on the ground floor is in handmade Tuscan terracotta and the floor on the first floor is in natural oak.
