A relaxing peaceful stay in this well equipped property surrounded by open countryside..The description and photographs portray the property accurately. Fabulous Holiday
We had a wonderful week at this beautiful gite. The host was lovely and contact before & during our stay was easy and fast. Highly recommend for a relaxing quiet break. Car is definitely needed but with so many places to visit the girls is well located. Eymet is a lovely place to eat in the evenings and supermarkets just 10 min drive away.

Beautiful countryside hideaway
We had a wonderfully relaxing 2 week holiday in Montignac. The house is surrounded by sunflower fields and woodlands and is one of three houses on a small farm. We loved the wildlife - there are deer and sheep in the adjacent fields and also a pond, which was home to some otters! The chickens, lizards and next door neighbour's dog all paid us a visit in our garden. The pool was very refreshing in the heat of the day. It was so quiet and peaceful that you cannot help but relax. The local towns are definitely worth a visit - Miramont had a good market on a Monday morning, the night market at Eymet is a must in our opinion (great moules frites!) and we also loved Montflanquin and Villereal. We also visitied Bordeaux, which was beautiful. A lovely part of France that we will be sure to revisit!

Gîte très bien équipé, dans un endroit calme proche de la nature. Beaux espaces. Piscine très agréable et indispensable en cas de fortes chaleurs. Un très beau séjour d'une semaine coupé du monde au milieu de la nature dans une très belle maison où il fait bon vivre. Joelle nous a accueilli comme il se doit et nous a conseillé sur la région. Expérience dont il ne faut pas se priver si nous recherchons le calme dans un environnement propice.

Très agréable villa, spacieuse, très bien aménagée. Les lits sont un peu étroits (150cm) mais les chambres sont spacieuses. La piscine, fraîche, est suffisamment spacieuse et ses abords généreusement équipés invitent à la détente. Isolée, tout déplacement ou visite nécessite un véhicule. Quelques marchés, sympathiques restaurants ou bastides aux alentours permettent un approvisionnement en produits locaux et assurent des soirées relax et conviviales. Les maîtres des lieux, très à l’écoute, sont particulièrement sympathiques, accueillants et accommodants. Pour qui cherche un espace détente, une vraie communion avec la nature et quelques visites dans les environs, voici une location qui coche toutes les cases.

Agréable séjour en Lot et Garonne
Bien accueillis par les propriétaires, nous avons profité d'une maison tout confort, à la décoration chaleureuse et de bon goût. Nous avons pu déjeuner et dîner à l'extérieur, à l'ombre des stores et des arbres. La piscine a été très appréciée dans un jardin fleuri. Nous avons beaucoup aimé de notre séjour.

Tres belle maison hyper bien equipee, chambres tres spacieuses ,chacune avec sa salle de bain, exterieurs tres agreables avec tres belle piscine. Le tout en pleine nature, au calme . Si on rajoute à tout cela l accueil tres sympathique de joelle, la propriétaire tres attentive au bien être de ses hotes, tous les ingrédients pour passer un excellent séjour sont réunis. Un accueil excellent de la part de Joelle, une maison très spacieuse, décorée avec goût, parfaitement équipée. Un extérieur très bien entretenu avec une piscine. Et surtout aucun vis à vis sur la location !! C'est véritablement un + pour profiter pleinement du calme de la campagne et se ressourcer ! Résidence conforme à l'annonce et aux photos, emplacement pour garer la voiture à l'abri de la chaleur et des intempéries (très pratique), beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, aucun vis à vis, piscine sympathique, barbecue, table et équipement de ping pong. Petite ville à 10 min en voiture avec supermarché - station essence - office du tourisme - marché le lundi - banque - poste... nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré la météo capricieuse. Un magnifique écrin de calme proche de tout
Merveilleux séjour de 3 semaines avec mon épouse et notre petite fille de 4 ans. Il ne manque strictement rien à cette maison familiale pleine de charme, fonctionnelle et spacieuse. BBQ, extérieurs agréables dont 2 terrasses et piscine parfaite sont autant d'atouts qui nous tentent pour revenir rapidement chez nos hôtes extrêmement accueillants et arrangeants. Si vous aimez des vacances reposantes à la campagne, n'hésitez pas. La maison est très belle et bien décorée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les enfants comme les grands ont adoré la piscine. Et quel plaisir d'être entouré de poules, de moutons, de chevreuils !
