Bonjour, Les points positifs sont la propreté et l amabilité du personnel. Les points négatifs sont la piscine désertée car infestée de moustiques et une eau à moins de 21 dégrée alors qu elle devrait être chauffée. Dernier point, nous avions réservé la suite et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. J en ai fait part le soir même, il devait relancer le programme mais rien n a changé. Au prix de la suite, je trouve cela navrant. Le lendemain nous avons fait part de tous ces points mais aucun geste n a été effectué …
