The check in person was very accommodating when I asked for a late check out (willing to pay for extra) since we're there for an interview at the US consulate. We don't know how long the interview will last but the staff was very nice to help us with a late check out.

Great location as far as walking distance to the Bell Centre or shopping on St Catherine street. The outside is definitely aged yet the inside is nice. Rooms are updated yet washroom is a little dated and drains in need of unplugging. There was a very small window in the room which looked on to a wall of the neighbouring building a few feet away. There is a Cora's restaurant accessible to the hotel lobby.

While I was in the lobby, two staff members were discussing me in a manner that I found inappropriate. I had a friend visit me, and we spent some time chatting in the sitting area of the lobby. I don’t believe it is wrong to have a guest visit and have a conversation in a public area of the hotel. However, I was disappointed to witness this behavior from the staff. It was troubling to see such conduct, and I felt uncomfortable knowing that I was being talked about in this way. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure that all guests feel respected and welcome during their stay.
