Very good experience from the start until the end.
The staff was very accommodating, friendly, flexible and helpful throughout the length of my stay. The location is excellent for the guests who do not drive due to the close proximity to many restaurants, bars and shopping malls plus the subway routes that are passing by.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The room was very dirty when I arrived, when I asked for help to have it cleaned the manager was incredibly rude and made me feel, frankly, scared. I tried to ask to speak to someone else for help and he threatened to throw me out of the hotel at midnight.

This was my first time in Montreal and I have to say, I will definitely be coming back and to this hotel! It is literally in the best location and is so walkable to everything! I didn't have access to a vehicle whilst on my trip but I did not need it as most things I wanted to go to were maybe about 10 minutes away. I will be definitely coming back this summer and to this hotel specifically. I cannot recommend this hotel more!
