It is conveniently located near McGill with dining options and a grocery store within a 3 minute walk. A 10 minute walk will get you to the heart of downtown which is nice. The hotel was clean with good service however the decor is outdated from the 2000s. We had a large room with 2 queen beds which had a microwave and fridge, ideal for families with kids. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

I asked for a quiète and nice room. It was a gift for the berth day of my sister. I even call to make sur she will received a good attention. They gave a room 5 floors looking at a parking and air conditionning. They did not spleen because the room was beside the elevator motor. Ice machine was broken. I travel a lot and if you asked something to a four stars hotel you received a good room. Service at this Hilton is Motel level. I will definitely not recommande this hotel to nobody.

Nicolas and Daniel were worst in customer service. Had issue with room and requested for room change. Told me can do next day. Next day they ask me at 8 am vacate the room and sit in lobby. Asked when can you give me another room they replied 3 pm. This was ridiculous and unacceptable. Zero for customer service and customer handing. They both have dented the Hilton Brand with poor customer care.

I was in Montreal for work, so I wasn't in the room much. But I will say the rooms definitely need to be updated, the beds are extremely firm. The bathroom smelt like moisture / moldy.

Didn’t feel safe in the area. Attendant failed to advise that key was required to operate elevator. Therefore we rode the elevator up and down several times before we realized. What was happening. Breakfast extremely expensive! Hard to get a coffee in the morning in the lobby. Meal was cold in the evening in the restaurant.

The property was clean and well run. The parking was well lit and clean. The staff was minimally welcoming. The room had a view of the mechanical equipment which was extremely disappointing.
