Poor service and arrogance at the desk.
I booked 2 nights straight in this hotel. I paid with hotels.com like I always do. The hotel double charged one of my nites. Plus The hotel gave me a hard time at the check in and would not accept my business credit card so I had to pay the security deposit with my personal card. The next day they charged an extra nite to my personal card (that was already paid with the app) plus another security deposit for a nite. I haven’t received the refund for their error yet…. Manager did not want to talk to me.

Outstanding location and hotel!
Outstanding 2-night stay. The location couldn’t be better for accessing the Bell Centre and Shopping along Rue Ste Catherine. The registration desk team were welcoming, efficient, and knowledgeable. The hotel is clean and modern. The pool and fitness centre are nice and there’s a hot tub and sauna. I’ll be returning to this hotel on my next Montreal trip! FYI: parking is $35/night.

The hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Underground parking access was great. Location is prime, close to entertainment district, restaurants and a short walk to Mont-Royal. This location will be my new default hotel in Montreal
