If it wasn’t for the parking situation, this is a great hotel. The underground parking is perfect but the access and the steps to get access to it requires a complete rethinking. You show up and you think you can get to the parking and pay after. NOP. I wish I could explain how complicated it is, but the operator of the hotel should look into this, because it’s ridiculous.
