This hotel is great for families with kids of all ages. There is a gym and a bar for 18 plus snacks and a pool for the younger ones. The metro is a 5 minute walk and it can bring you anywhere! The suites have a small electric stove, a full refrigerator and a dishwasher. Breakfast included scrambled eggs or omelettes, potatoes, bacon, sausages, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toast, and pastries. We all had different choices for food before going out to explore! All of the staff was friendly, helpful and kind.

Great stay at Homewood Suites Montreal Midtown. The location was convenient for traveling throughout the island but far enough away from the city center that noise wasn't bad. They have 12 plugs for EVs which I appreciated as an EV driver. Breakfast was good. I recommend getting there early because the dining room is small and later in the morning you'll have to wait to be seated. All staff I encountered at this hotel were bilingual in French and English.

We had a terrible experience as the second floor was hired out for a private event and guests were not told what the event would be/entail. It turned out to be a party that started on Saturday and went on until Sunday morning, so loud music was played until 1:30am Sunday! We were given a room on the same floor. Guests were not given options in advance and we tried to contact management to no avail. We had a 5-hr drive back to NY on Sunday and got barely any sleep. Plus the frustration of paying $400 a night for a noisy room! We shall never return and will reconsider the Marriot properties in the future! I raised the issue with the front desk but no one got back to us.

Great place to stay if you’re travelling with a dog. Nice green space around the hotel and nice city park just 5 mins away by walk. Next time I’ll request a room that isn’t facing the hwy. It was quite loud, motorcycles making noise well past 4am. Overall though very nice place to stay.
