The staff was great, helpful and friendly. Room was quiet and comfortable. The TV did not work very well in that some stations did not seem to have a good connection. That is my only tiny issue. The stay was really good.

The hotel team is very helpful especially Yannis. He attended immediately to my complaint. The hotel location is amazing . The view from upper level rooms is great ! I stayed in three different other hotels during my stay in Montreal. La Cantlie was my favorite. Definitely will stay again there!

Hotel needs a refresh. Check in was good, room was as expected but needs updating. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchenette was missing dishes and toaster did not work. Most disappointing aspect was breakfast. Food and tea was barely warm. My omelette was burnt, spouses tea was warm not hot. No condiments offered or on table, no one came to check to see if food was ok. Our friends had the buffet and were also not pleased with similar complaints. I would suggest go to Cora’s or eggspetations for a full breakfast
