Like the location and staff very helpful. The only complaint is that it was so humid that the carpet felt wet all the time. Better ventilation need to keep room dry and fresh.

Pool has been shut down for two years according to the hotel manager. Property is very outdated. Our bath tub is severely clogged. The hotel has so much potential given the good location (walkable to McGill), but owner needs to spend on renovation to bring it to modern standards. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience.

This is a fabulous hotel, the staff is amazing and the decor is luxurious. The rooms are very spacious. Very Easy walk to the shopping area, about 20 min walk to the old Montréal.
