The room was large and clean but very cold and not cozy. The floor under the bed was vinyl and gave the room an overall cold feeling. There's also seemed to be a lot of wasted space where a bench would have been beneficial. Stream room and restaurant not functioning.

I have going to Ruby Foo hotel as my go to place for many years. This time I had issues with our bath tub. It was clogged and slowly drained. Also another problem the hotel has not fixed is the bed box, it sticks too far out and if you go too closely to it, you will injure your knee . I doubt the hotel will fix this as they would have to put bumper pads on each bed or make the box smaller. The hotel is in a good location but is starting to get older.

No SMART TV and the available chanels were uninspiring. Beds dis not have bedside table on each side, only one. Facilities appear very dated. Gym area had been flooded (a while ago) and there was yellow tape cornering off area. Hair dryer is from the 80s or 90s and broke down. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I think this hotel saw its prime 20 years ago.
