Feedback: While the hotel facilities were satisfactory, I am deeply disappointed that one of my belongings went missing during my stay. Despite contacting the front desk twice, I received no effective assistance or resolution regarding this matter. This experience has significantly diminished my overall satisfaction with the hotel. I urge the management to take such incidents seriously and to improve the procedures for handling guest property issues to prevent future occurrences.

This hotel used to be great and I used to do all my bookings there when on a business trip. It was the first time in a year since, and we got stuck in the elevator for Christmas day. No one was responding to the alarm and no one was responding to the emergency phone. We called the front desk to have them tell us they can't do anything. We ended up calling 911 and having the fire department opening the doors after 30 minutes. On top of that, no excuses, just a dum "machine do break" from the front desk. Avoid!

The hotel was nice. Check-in was easy and quick. There was free parking for cars, but it was not covered. The walk from the lobby to the room was long. Our room was a Signature room and very clean, but there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers provided. The room was cold and took some time to warm up. There was an ad in the elevator for free coffee and croissants, but coffee in the lobby was $2 and not free. Overall, it was a good experience for one night considering the price.

This hotel doesn’t have any restaurants on the property. One would have expected at least a microwave to heat food bought from outside, but this is not provided in the rooms. The coffee maker didn't work and there was no assistance provided when this was reported. The property is large and the rooms are spacious. Parking is available on the property, which is helpful. Location is central and convenient. Overall, would not visit this hotel again.
