The property was 2 blocks from a Subway line, very nice. Facing Chinatown and 10, 15 minutes walkway from the old Montreal. The personnel, (Mickael The Manager) was the best i've seen, he was excellent. He wanted to be sure that my stay was excellent. Hew went over and above to make sure I was satisfied on every aspect. I should say everyone that work at the hotel was excellent even the hotel cleaning lady. BRAVO!!!!!

Our room has no working air conditioning and at 1 am the heating turned on. Outside it was 39° and we woke up with the heat on. We had to go all the way down from 12th floor to reception then all the way back up to another room where the room was bigger the bed was a double. We had a queen in the initial room. No refund of some kind was suggested, no free breakfast at the least. Nothing but sorry we don’t know what happened

We did enjoy our stay at Zero 1. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the locatiin was excellent. Walking didtance to most everything, including the metro if you want to go farther. The hotel itself is a bit outdated. A rather small double bed instead of queen or king size, exremely small shower and the bathroom itself was located poorly, but, I doubt that could be helped. The room had excellent views from 3 side which made it worth the other shortcomings. I would definately recommend it, but it could be updated some. Still, we enjoyed it very much!

Loved the location! Easy check-in / check-out. Room was very clean and the view was gorgeous. Saw some guests on the terrace which looked lovely, but we didn’t get a chance to explore it. The lobby is very elegant. My friend had an issue with the bathroom sliding door getting locked in the middle of the night. But conceirge helped with a credit card trick. Multiple bus stops right around the corner. The metro station is in walkable distance.

Nice rooms, clean. Staff did not tell us that valet parking stops at 11pm, unfortunately we had to find parking when we arrived at 11.15pm. It should have been explained when we checked in. Location is convenient but now surrounded by homeless. Overall, good quality for price paid.
