Lovely tiny hotel with friendly responsive staff. Rooms favor design over functionality. We had to crawl on hands and knees and use a phone flashlight to find the electrical outlet by the bed, for example. Constant construction in the surrounding streets made it impossible for our cab to reach the front door, necessitating a rather long and difficult walk with luggage. Not the fault of the hotel, but be warned it is typical in old town Montréal.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Petite Hotel. It is in the heart of Old Montreal. We valet parked our car on Friday when we arrived and never got it until we were leaving on Sunday. The staff were pleasant and most accommodating to all our requests. The breakfast was very substantial and good. There was a little wait to get our car on Sunday when we were leaving as one of the regular staff is also the valet so since there were others leaving also we had to wait a little bit. But I would stay there again if we ever return. Very quaint!

I have stayed here before and enjoyed this property. Close to shopping and restaurants. I gave it a lower than usual rating for property conditions and facilities. The shower was up 3 high steps from floor level with no shower or grab bars. My companion fell very hard when coming out of shower onto the hard floor with injuries. Staff provided band-aids and asked if we needed a doctor, which we decided we did not. Other than that, no compensation was offered. This was in Rm. 102 which they should not be renting out until or unless they install grab bars and grab strips on floor. We are fortunate that this fall didn't result in a broken hip.

Disappointing. Apart from its locational and the helpfulness of some, but not all, of the staff, I feel there is little to recommend it or justify the high price charged. There were no facilities for making a drink in rooms and even though this was possible in the lobby, who wants to go down 4 floors in their pyjamas to get a cup of tea. Housekeeping of rooms was only provided”on request”. Breakfast was poor and area inadequate if at 8.15 on the morning I was there, to seat all the guests who arrived.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Petit Hotel! This small, charming boutique hotel perfectly combines comfort and coziness. The breakfast was delightful, offering a nice variety of bagels, pancakes, and pastries. One of the highlights was the coffee, which was available at all times—a nice touch that we really appreciated. The ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting, making it a memorable part of our trip. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, charming place to stay!

Nicely located in Old Montreal.Desk staff are collegial and helpful. Room was fine. Can use a refresh, i.e., loads of wear on surfaces, doors and walls, but it was clean and cared for. Found the breakfast area way too confined. Overall a good stay.

The hotel was lovely. The staff was courteous and attentive. They reached out prior to our arrival to meet us at the door in order to valet park our car. The location is PERFECT! The bed was comfortable. The room was clean, cool, and quiet for a good night's sleep! We asked for more towels on our second night and they were delivered promptly. We LOVED our stay and would highly recommend!
