Felt very secure and extremely comfortable. My King suite was lovely and bedding super comfy. I could walk everywhere or take the Metro easily. Really enjoyed my stay!

there have a big mistake about the parking and make me get a ticket, the employee didn't give me all the information and just tell me to park outside, when i finish parking, she didn't take a look and didn't try to reach me about my car type should park to somewhere else, she didn't tell me i should give her my car key, didn't ask what my car type is, only tell me i should park outside and that's it, and that make me get a ticket! and they didn't admit it's their employee's fault, that really make me feel uncomfortable. it's not a good service at all!!!! If they try to reach me to the room or my phone about the car i wouldn't be that mad, they didn't! they just tell me i will have a ticket when i check out the room, i mean this is kind of one of the part of your job right, that really ruined my holiday.
