1. Check-in and Check-out:

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours starting at 10 pm.

5. Parties and Events:
We want everyone to enjoy their stay, but please keep in mind that parties and events are not allowed. Let's be considerate of our neighbors and the residential nature of the neighborhood.

6. Security and Valuables:
Lock up when you leave! Ensure all windows and doors are secure. We trust you to take care of your belongings, but remember we're not responsible for lost or stolen items.

7. Appliances and Amenities:
Feel at home, and use all appliances and amenities with care. If anything isn't working quite right, let us know, and we'll take care of it.

8. Climate Control:
Kindly use the heating and air conditioning responsibly to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone without incurring excessive costs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Keep things neat and tidy, just as you found them. A cleaning fee covers standard cleaning, but if things get a bit messy, additional fees may apply. Don't worry about garbage—we'll handle that for you.

Treat the property with the same care you would your own home. If something gets damaged, please tell us right away. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.

11. Emergency Procedures:
