The hotel is in a very convenient location. Lots of construction in the area. The codes were easy to use to access the building and the room. The room was really nice. The shower hose may need replacing soon as it was bulging and the bed was lower on one side. Otherwise very nice. The washer/dryer and detergent was greatly appreciated.

Property very clean and practical , but you need to know that this is not a hotel , so no receptionist, if you are not told at the moment you reserve that this is not a hotel with reception, you can have a hard time to get in the building specially in the coming winter . The outside door is locked so if you have suitcases , no bell man and of course no valet parking available

We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. The location was AMAZING !!! A couple things that kept me from giving it 5 stars, the shower head in the bathroom was broken and wouldn’t stay up, so we had to tie it up to the handle pole with the kitchen towel. A lightbulb was out and the handle on the bedroom window was broken. You cannot beat this location though, steps from the Basilica, the metro, a pharmacy and endless incredible restaurants and coffee shops!!

The apartment at Sonder Penny Lane is spacious and in a great location. However it is important to know that some units have stairs. There were thirteen stairs to access the apartment. We managed with a lot of luggage and an elderly mother, but It wouldn’t work for everyone. sadly the app does not allow me to list the unit number, but it might be the case for any apartments that end with number six or seven.

Excelent location and condition of the room. This is located in an older building renovated into rental studios. Very interesting combination of old brick walls and new drywall partitions. The unit has a full kitchen and even laundry. Super clean bathroom and confortabile bed with crisp white sheets. With all the clean spaces my wife saw a little mouse in the unit (only once) so, the perfect score was soiled by this incident.

Very noisy, I could hear music/beat playing all night long even until the morning. Property was not properly cleaned, bed was very dusty, I had allergic reaction because of that. I could see some trash on the dining chair that wasn’t picked up.

Unit was very clean, modern and well kept. The unit was missing the remote to control the air conditioning. The quality of the bed and bedding, while adequate, could also be improved. There was also a small issue with into access, as one day we came back to the hotel and the elevator was out of service. There was no access to the stair well, as the door is kept locked and we were not given a key. Luckily a staff member was in the lobby at the time and was able to unlock the stairwell door for us, but if not for that we would have had not way to access our hotel. Thankfully the elevator was repaired when we returned, but this could present a major issue in the future with having no accessible secondary means of access.

Stayed there for a concert at the bell centre. Everything was in walking distance, parking was not available on site however there was a parking close by. The room was spacious and clean. No local tv, you have to connect your media. Had issues getting into the building but the response from the team was quick. I was unable to log into the wifi with the password left but no biggie we didn’t need it.

The balcony was laughable. It faced the other rooms across a small concrete courtyard. Mine didn't even have outdoor furniture. You needed to have the curtains closed the entire time unless you don't mind being on display. The toilet wa dirty and I had to use the toilet brush myself to try and clean it. Black chunks appeared after every flush so there's some serious neglegt going on. I didn't stay long enough to use the kitchen but it looked well supplied. Overall, for the price, I was disappointed. Good location tho
