Very noisy
When we arrived there was no bedding for the couch bed, I had to go buy some even though I told the host my brother and I were renting the apartment for 2 weeks to tend to our sisters needs. The apartment was on the main floor, very close to the entry door. There is absolutely no sound proofing to the apartment and we heard every person coming or going at all times of the day or night. At the end of the 1st week I contacted the host about a mop to clean the floors and some fresh towels. He told me the unit will be cleaned after we left and that 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 face cloths was enough for 2 people. . it does not have handicap accomadations at all. It served the purpose of why we were there but because of the noise and the lack of curtains to block the light from the porch light in the living room where the second bed is, I can't recommend this unit to future renters.

Property condition misrepresented
While the location is central to many of the great places in downtown Moise Jaw, the condition of the apartment is no where close to how prestine it is presented in the listing. Road noise Very loud, as well as lots of noise from back alley where people were fishing through the garbage bins. Kitchen and bathroom are dated and we didnt feel comfortable using kitchen at all. Smell of old building and smoke was our biggest issue and when we commented to Admin, nothing was done other then to thank us for the input. Now we are being asked to keep our NOT 5 star rating off the VRBO platform... We would have appreciated an honest review on this place, so since all is said and done, we feel an obligation to provide an honest review. I would not recommend this to anyone especially at this price.
