Loved the location right in the center, great view from the balcony. Check-in & cleaning staff were excellent. The waiters not so much, not very attentive to customers needs. Therefore, we went else were to eat. Other then that great hotel.

The hotel is very nice and extremely clean! The staff tend to be a little rude if you make reservations the same day but I love this hotel, its location and the food. They can definitely improve in being a little friendly

This hotel was horrible. The first night there was blaring music from the hotel restaurant/bar until 1am. The second night there was some type of stage event being setup outside the front doors and they decided to start “sound testing” from 10pm until almost 3am, nonstop. It sounded like we were at a concert in our room “trying” to get some sleep. The hotel and Expedia did nothing to resolve it. This trip was totally ruined by the hotel, the noise, and lack of action from Expedia.
