The hotel had recently been remodeled so everything was up to date and new. Two things that disappointed us, they ran out of some of the breakfast food by 9am when breakfast was served until 10am. Also, we could not figure out how to use the TV system and there was no guide in the room.

I loved everything about our stsy. Once we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome and the staff was great. The front desk people were awesome especially Josh. The rooms were great felt like we were home and thats how it should feel.

Very disappointed in the customer service.
Was pretty disappointed. I had originally booked my hotel stay for 11/28-12/1 and I just wanted to change the dates to 11/27-11/30 which were the same amount of days. Hotels.com called and spoke to a Rianne (sp) and she approved a one time cancellation waiver so I could edit the dates. Well….Hampton Inn didn’t honor their word and ended up charging me 147.00 anyways even though I still kept my reservation for the same amount of days. Hotels.com called again and spoke to a different manager when I noticed the charge and they went back on their word. This will definitely impact me choosing Hampton Inn again. The customer service I experienced regarding this situation was horrible. I could totally understand if I canceled my whole trip or changed the amount of days but that wasn’t the case.

The hotel was very nice and loved the breakfast each mornimg. The only complaint we have is when we left our room the door would not lock automatically. You could push the door open with one hand. As we left our room my husband had to pull the door shut with force in order for it to lock. We reported it to the front desk so it can be repaired.
