You cannot beat this place for the price. Clean, quiet and has what you need for an inexpensive place. The owners were lovely. I'll be back next time I visit.

Our reservation clearly said 4 guests, and with only two towels the front desk seemed put out that I asked for two more. No sound proofing and the neighbors watching loud TV at two in the morning prompted a call to the front desk that resulted in "we don't talk to customers" response. Oh and two night stay and zero room service, so yes I had to go back the front desk for fresh towels, no better this time!

This place was very dirty no coffee maker very far a way from Santa Cruz borwalk about an hour.. the owner would not give me extra towels or change the sheets we had to leave a day early.bot good places for at around for the price .was not worth it .
