Unfortunately the hair dryer was not working. The front desk clerk offered to move our room, but we had already showered and got ready for bed. She said she didn't have another hair dryer to bring up to the room.

I like the location to University Towne Center Drive with all the stores and restaurants. Also like the proximity to I79. Safe, quiet and clean place to stay.

The check in was fast and easy, very friendly staff. Condition of hotel was not great, everything looked old. However it was a 2 star hotel and it was exactly as described. Good value for money, breakfast was best part. Worth mentioning the lock on the building that was supposed to be accessed by key card was broken and apparently anyone could come in with no pass. Not great. Also name on hotels,com was quality inn but name on sign states best western. I was confused when i pulled in but quickly figured it out
