Lovely location
The property could be amazing and is in the best location but it was very dirty on arrival and one of the toilets did not flush. I would say in its present state, it is not fit for rental. The beds had plastic protectors which were very sweaty! The bathrooms are quite disgusting and one of the showers was actually just a trickle. Despite this the location is fab and it is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay which was helped by the weather and fact it was a family get together. The service fee should not have been applied as the property was really not clean.

Wonderful Home from Home.
We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely house for the month of October. We loved the great home from home feeling, the house is very comfortable and very well equipped, beds comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There are a few great restaurants within easy walking distance of the house. It is a beautiful quiet area great for touring the Charente region. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. Our thanks to the owners a definite 10/10 for this lovely property.

Emplacement idĆ©al. Jardin agrĆ©able. TrĆØs jolie maison qui peut accueillir 11 personnes en chambre + un clic clac pas trĆØs confortable dans le salon. Les points nĆ©gatifs : Chambre du bas en travaux, tapisserie pas terminĆ©e, bac Ć  douche posĆ© dans un coin en vue d'un point d'eau ! Fuite d'eau dans une salle d'eau qui tombe dans le salon. A 2 reprises une personne est restĆ©e enfermĆ©e dans les toilettes problĆØme avec la porte. 2 cafetiĆØres inutilisables, conciergerie et propriĆ©taire prĆ©venus sans retour. Dans le descriptif il devait y avoir 2 barbecues, celui a gaz n'y Ć©tait pas, l'autre avait une grille toute rouillĆ©e. Draps pliĆ©s sans repassage et n'importe comment. Et la maison Ć©tait trĆØs trĆØs sale. Quel dommage de ne pas entretenir une si jolie maison...

maison bien situĆ©e avec un bel espace extĆ©rieur permettant de mettre les voitures dans un espace clos. 18 personnes est un grand maxi pour la taille de la maison ( 2 WC, 2 sdb sans verrou !!!) , barbecue Ć  gaz , mais les 2 bouteilles de gaz Ć©taient vides !!! Une location de vacances n'est pas un garde meuble ( canapĆ©s trĆØs usagĆ©s , un lit dont le pied Ć©tait cassĆ©... ) chaises du salon de jardin trĆØs sales ā€¦ la maison a besoin d'ĆŖtre rĆ©novĆ©e ( fuites dans la salle de bain , volets qui menacent de tomber et marquises en verre dangereuses (verres cassĆ©s). c'est une maison qui a un fort potentiel mais qui mĆ©riterait une bonne rĆ©novation.

TrĆØs bonne situation sur le port de Mortagne, c'est ce que nous recherchions, la proximitĆ© de l'estuaire pour des promenades et une maison familiale avec au mimium 5 chambres, bien Ć©quipĆ©e. Tout ce la a Ć©tĆ© rĆ©uni pour que nous passions un formidable week-end, merci Ć  la propriĆ©taire pour avoir acceptĆ© notre chien et notre dĆ©part tardif qui nous a permis de profiter de ce village au maximum. TrĆØs accessible, de beaux volumes et un esprit familial dans cette maison. Equipements au top dans la cuisine, deux frigos, congĆ©lateur et accessoires comme nous recherchions (famille de cuisinier). TrĆØs bon accueil de Sabrina, trĆØs Ć  l'Ć©coute et qui nous a renseignĆ© sur son village. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Belle maison dans un cadre splendide mais gros problĆØmes techniques de plomberie. Finalement pas d'eau chaude dans une des 2 douches ! Heureusement cela n'a pas entamĆ© notre bonne humeur. 3 belles chambres mais les 2 autres ont peu ou pas de lumiĆØre naturelle.

Parfaite maison pour les rĆ©unions de famille, trĆØs bien agencĆ©e et Ć©quipĆ©e seul bĆ©mol la porte d'entrĆ©e qui laisse passer les courants d'air et la tĆ©lĆ©vision. Super accueil de Sabrina qui pourra vous renseigner sur les visites ... On resterai bien plus longtemps!!
