The best property in Exuma has just added a one bedroom 900 sq ft carriage house apartment.

This newly remodeled construction, located at the existing Jimmy Hill Exuma Beach property, is on the best beach in Exuma and takes advantage of a great location and best amenities on the island.

Located just off the beach, the one bedroom unit has two queensize beds and one pull out sofa that sleeps 4 (max) comfortably. Unit contains 1 bathroom and one privacy powder room, full kitchen, laundry facility and ice machine are included. Our guest have full access to the beautiful white sand semi-private beach and the best pool and pool deck on the island for simply lounging the day away.

Rent one of our existing villas (property ID's 372915, 309956 or 674223) and need a extra bedroom for 2-4 people? This is a perfect solution. Grocery delivery, cooks/chef and excursion are all available through our on-site property managers and staff.

Great stay, clean place. No issues, the only thing I would say is it would have been nice to have a folder with some suggested grocery stores, restaurants, shops, WiFi passwords just the normal lay of the land and stay. Other than that I would stay again.

Wow! Such a great property. It has the most gorgeous view and beach. Very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Beautifully furnished and landscaped, set back from main road, quite with easy access. Patio and infinity pool area is beautiful as it overlooks a beautiful beach. In fact the water is beautiful everywhere in Exuma. Thanks to Tina with groceries and to Norm whom we met outside. It was a great experience and we couldn’t have been happier! Perfect spot for my husband and I
The carriage house was the perfect spot for my husband and myself, as well as a couple of friends who joined us for a few days. They slept on the pullout couch and said that it was the most comfortable pull out. They’ve ever slept on. The main room was plenty spacious, full of bright light, and inviting. Everything in the kitchen worked. There are one and a half baths. And the bedroom with the two queen beds is large and room as well. The carriage house is behind a line of three buildings which has much larger units, 3 to 4 bedrooms each. But the carriage house has a walkway directly out to the communal patio And gorgeous pool with an infinity edge. Plenty of seating. The ocean is always a bit choppy on that side of the island. We enjoyed it swimming a couple of days, but also loved exploring the island and stopping at all of the other beaches, such as Coco Plum, Jolly hall, pretty Molly, tropic of cancer, to name a few. We did a mix of cooking in for ourselves and also going out for lunch and dinner. Everything went great and normal, the property manager, is always around for you to ask him any questions. We highly suggest renting beach chairs while you’re there. That way you can go to any beach you want and will always have a cute little backpack chair and an umbrella to take with you and set up.

All the other reviews are spot on. The apartment is fabulous, it looks just like the pictures, which can be deceiving, not here…The beach and pool area are even prettier. Tom is quick to answer any questions, Norm is always around if you have trouble or just want to have a chat, and there seems to always be a few cold beers on arrival. Location is great, nice and quiet but easy drive to points north or south. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! PS: If you run into other owners or repeat visitors during your trip, you’ll hear the same superlatives. All were super friendly, lovely to chat with (shout out to ‘Los 😁) and had tons of insider advice about the island. Don’t think, book it (but save a week for me!)

My wife and I stayed here for our 35th anniversary. This property is centrally located in the island. Great beach, which we walked a couple different mornings and never saw anyone else. The pool area is nice and quiet. Unit we stayed in was exactly as described. Overall this is a great property and well worth the money.

This lovely property had a larger resort look and feel as you approach.The facities were very well kept, perfectly clean and well equipped. We enjoyed being so close after the exit road from the airport, as well as centralized on the island. The pool area above the beach is an awesome plus! Our kid had Exuma and "swim with nurse sharks" on her bucket list so off we went looking. We wanted to avoid the resort experience and wanted flexibility with food and avoid crowds. Tom's property was perfect. Just 5 min from the airport and 10 min from grocery stores was convenient. We also felt very safe in the private community. Clean and nice beach within a few steps and the heated infinity pool on the property was a treat! We swam in it early morning and late evenings after day excursions with the iguanas, nurse sharks and sting rays at chat n chill. Made awesome memories on this trip. To be frank, as a mom, my favorite amenity is the clean and private washer and dryer machines on the 1st level of the unit next to ice machines. Norm does a great job with propery maintenance! So grateful to have stayed here. Tom also left us beer in his fridge! An ideal host. Thank you again, Tom.

First of all, Tom was more than accommodating and answered any questions we had! Thank you Tom! The place was SO clean, very happy. I would say the property has the Best beach. The infinity pool and hot tub was the top. Great view. We traveled the whole island and were very happy we picked this place. We will definitely return and stay at the same property. Beautiful Property and Amazing Beach
Tom’s property is amazing! The moment you enter his VRBO, it feels like a home in paradise. Everything in this house is set up for you to just sit back and relax. Nice, beautiful kitchen, spacious showers, and a comfortable bed. Property outside the VRBO is very well maintained. The star of the VRBO is the beach. We traveled to many places, and this is hands down the most beautiful beach we have ever seen. The beach was white and sandy, and the color of the water looked like glacial turquoise. Words or even pictures cannot describe how beautiful this beach is. You must experience and see it with your own eyes. You will not be disappointed. There is a lot to do in Exuma, but my wife and I would have been happy just staying at Tom’s VRBO for our entire vacation.

Relaxation with an incredible view!
Perfect location for a quiet, relaxing vacation for my wife and me. Large patio area with an infinity pool, hot tub, and incredible views of turquoise water as far as the eye can see. Numerous beaches within driving distance. Unit is very spacious. The Owner and Property Manager were also extremely helpful and made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this location. This was an amazing rental. We did not need for anything at this unit. Everything was thought of for us down to the welcome beer in the fridge that was such a nice touch! The pool & pool deck was amazing. We enjoyed it every day! We rented a car & explored a couple different spots on the island & checked out Georgetown along with trying a few different places for take out food. We had Ribeye steaks from Prime Island meats twice. Amazing cuts of meat!! We would definitely return here.
