Fully fenced section just 10 minutes drive to Turangi. The property is 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the Motuoapa Marina, lakeside beaches, cafes and just a 40 minute drive to Tongariro National Park. Walks and mountain bike tracks close by.
The home has a spacious open plan living area, a private covered in deck area offering indoor/outdoor flow including a BBQ for use. Master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in wardrobe.
Air conditioning and wood burner for those colder months. Water heated by gas. Wi-fi available. Parking for boat/jet skies.
You will be required to bring your own sheets (King, 5 x singles and queen for futon), pillowcases, towels, tea towels, bathmats and hand towels as these items ARE NOT Supplied.
Duvets and Pillows are supplied on all the beds. With extra blankets and duvets available.
All rubbish is to be removed from property including recyclable products.

Great location and spacious but a bit unkept.
A great location, but unfortunately the house and garden is a bit rundown and not maintained. A lovely spacious house, but it was also not very clean on arrival.

Very pleased
Residence was better than the photos and description given. We were 5 good friends in our 60s who attended the LAB concert and enjoyed the AO tennis and waka ama finals on your sky tv. Plenty of beds, easy access, and enjoyed the large dining table. We were delighted with the spaciousness, cleanliness and comfort. Thank you Margaret.

A fantastic home

Large, clean, comfortable and well set up - felt like being in a home, not just a house. Location was pefect for us - a few doors away from family. Thank you and hope we might be able to use the house again on our regular trips to Motuoapa.

The best stay ever!
This holiday home was by far the best one we’ve stayed at. It’s a home away from home! Such a beautifully presented home. Clean, tidy and very well equipped with all necessities. Great heating provision. Such a spacious, comfortable and cosy home. We loved everything about it. Could not fault anything. It just made our long weekend even more special. Fantastic base for Lake Taupo
Wonderful property for our Easter weekend, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We were a group of 7, and found the house to be incredibly spacious and well appointed. Lovely comfy beds and lounge and living areas, great outdoor covered area. And of course fabulous wood fire! Thank you very much!
