Enjoyed the quiet and peaceful time near the lake . The place is perfect for that destress ing time needed, sitting on the deck or relaxing on the beech only feet from the place it can not be beat. Plan on comming back many more times.

We had an excellent weekend away here. The location is so close to castle in the clouds which is such a stunning view. You’re just a few steps away from the lake. Would definitely come back.

I booked this room to stay overnight after a concert. You had to book for 2 nights, I guess that's what everyone is doing now. The room was really nice and comfortable. We did not have any communication with the property manager. The water was beautiful, and the restaurants around we very good.

This cute studio apartment was awesome! Short walk to water with chairs set on the beach for us by the owners. The hosts were very friendly and informative. Loved the fact that we could cook breakfast as all the necessary cookware and eating utensils were provided. Will definitely book this again!

Gorgeous area with 7 waterfalls less than 10 minutes away and you get to come home to the lake that was the perfect temperature our entire stay. Our best vacation to New Hampshire yet would love to return!

Perfect lake life get away
We stayed for 3 nights. The studio apartment was perfect for a couple. It’s feet from a nice, little beach with a boat ramp and swimming. The owners were so inviting and warm - we enjoyed getting to know them and the neighbors. The location is quiet and much less populated than other areas on the lake but after a day on the water we weren’t looking for bars and parties. Definitely recommend this listing if you want a quiet getaway.

Another Great Stay!
This is our second Memorial Day weekend spent at this beautiful rental. Mark & Shelly are so wonderful and accommodating! The place is beautiful and location is perfect - steps away from the water. Its so lovely how the neighborhood comes down and shares the sunsets together at the beach. Thank you, mark & Shelly for another great stay! This may be a yearly tradition moving forward. This was my husband and I's first stay at a VRBO and we really enjoyed the experience. The place was clean and had little touches to make it feel cozy. We felt Mark and Shelly were very responsive and respectable when we had a simple question that we should have known. As we didn't know what to expect, we found everything to be exactly what we'd hope for.

Perfect for 2 people!
My friend and I stayed here for a foliage weekend trip and we both loved it! Shelly was very friendly in greeting us making sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean, had very nice amenities, and had everything you could possibly need for 2 people. I would love to stay here again next time I come up!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Mark and Shelly were excellent hosts, very friendly and made us feel welcome. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved being so close to the lake and could walk to the state beach in less than a minute. In the evening we even enjoyed sitting around their bonfire with them swapping stories and laughs. My husband and I both had a great time and look forward to a return visit.

AMAZING STAY
My girlfriend and I had an unbelievable weekend at Mark and Shelley’s place. The space is perfect; it’s beautifully refinished, clean, cool, and comfortable. Aside from the perfect space, Mark and Shelley were so welcoming to us from the second we arrived. They invited us down to the beach that night where we got to meet their neighbors who are all great. The next day they were kind enough to bring us out on their boat and the 4 of us had a great day swimming, fishing, and having fun. Our favorite part of this place is how close the beach is. It is no more than a 1 minute walk to the beach which is perfect! We are so grateful to have had such an amazing stay and experience here. We are already planning on coming back! I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Mark and Shelley!!
