Awful hotel
I’ve had to make two contacts with customer service. I had to switch rooms because of dirtyness. The second room I was given there was a huge hole in the table. There were stains on knicks in almost all of the furniture. They charged 2.5x the amount stated on the app for a deposit. I tried to talk to the concierge about something and he just muttered something and I left. I have had better stays at a super 8. The staff doesn’t want to be held accountable for not doing their jobs correctly. They don’t pick up when hotels.com calls them or they say someone isn’t available that has that authoritzation. I spoke to the assistant manager last night and told me she would be here this morning. When someone calls to speak to a manager, you get the manager. This place is awful. I will never come back.

We have stayed at this location before. It is very convenient with access to all the major highways. The property overall is nice but the room we got this time was in need of maintenance and a much better cleaning. The floors looked like they had not been vacuumed before we arrived. There was no broom in the room to clean anything up. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and there was no washcloth or sponge to do the dishes. They do provide dish soap and paper towels. The kitchen faucet was difficult to operate as it needed to be repaired and the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. The bathroom drawers and cabinets were also dirty. The breakfast is very good and varied from day to day. We have not had the same experience in the past with the cleanliness and maintenance so I do hope it's not an ongoing issue.

The staff in the front desk are excellent especially the lady in the morning shift. The room is clean but missing the regular stuff in the bathroom soap, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. Also the towels are dirty. The floor in the shower room is very slippery they should provide nonslip shower mat.

There were no pillows, sheets or blanket for the sofa bed. When I asked, I had to go get them, they wouldn’t bring it to the room. The flat sheet we were given had a stain on it. Also, I didn’t know about the $250 hold until I checked in.

Hotel from Hell. Do NOT stay here!
Hands down, the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. From rude staff, dirty room with bugs, wrong room provided at check in , no proper amenities eventhough site says provided then finding prescription controlled substance in room by my 2 year old grandchild. All concerns reported to Hotel staff. Nothing done until manager gets involved. Only bright spot was the Assistant GM and the GM. However nothing was comp’d to satisfaction and because we booked through hotels.com nothing was refunded either. This hotel carries the Hyatt name but NOTHING about this place should ever represent Hyatt! It’s a low end Motel 6 on their best day!!

I’m intelligent enough to know that just because I decide not to ever stay at a Hyatt house hotel again that they will not close their doors and go out of business however, I’ll personally feel gratitude that I won’t spend my heart earned money with this franchise ever again, simply because of their staff When I arrived law-enforcement was there for a guest although I was checked in by a lovely lady the entire staff afterwards was unwelcoming to say the least and extremely unprofessional they left me while on business with a broken computer chair and replaced it with another broken computer chair when brought to their attention they was unprofessional

The layout was great as it had plenty of space with two bedrooms. My wife and I planned to work from there so we had a desk and table to work from with sufficient WIFI. The breakfast was OK but a little disappointed that by 9AM they were totally cleaned up. Another 30 minutes would be nice. Could use an update.

Had High Expectations but Checked out Flat
The hotel had high expectations, but it fell short of my expectations. The room was like a deflated tire—it was disappointing. It was reassuring to know that there was a kitchen in the room, but it was empty. The refrigerator didn’t have any basic items like water. The rates for guests stealing from the room were outrageous, and I could buy the same items for half the price elsewhere. Maybe it was a way to scare guests into not stealing from the room. The cable TV only had free channels, and if it was under the HYATT brand, guests expected more, especially more kids’ channels to watch. Just because it was under the “HYATT” name, I fell for it. Motels offer more amenities for guests including a Safety Locker in their rooms. I can compare this hotel to a very cramped single bedroom apartment where you can’t have three or more kids to enjoy and play without any adults in the same room . Most importantly, there was no locker available in the room, especially in this digital age where everyone travels with a lot of electronics. It was definitely a no-no where you couldn’t have an iPad or a Switch to store safely.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit some family in the area. We like the room arrangements. It is pet friendly for our pup. And the breakfasts are actual hot meals, a little different each day. All you can eat.

Two room suite was comfortable and clean but starting to show its age, but be aware that this hotel doesn’t have elevators and all room entrances are from the outside. Also the internet was terrible to the point of being no functional,
